If you have a good lifestyle and you want it to be interrupted, then simply open an account with Mashreq. Not only will your morning coffee run cold while trying to allocate a sensible agent, but also your attempts to solve small issues like retrieving your online access, uploading KYC, receiving payments, will all take their sweet time. However Fines, Fees and anything they can get their hands on are so swift it's impressive!
The bank is overtaken by what seems to be a cut costs to the core and hire cheap labour and screw what the customer really feels. Just make them pay those fees.

I have had a frustrating experience with Mashreq Bank regarding unauthorized international transactions that appeared on my account. Despite multiple emails and clear evidence of fraudulent activity, the issue remains unresolved, and my account now shows a negative balance. I even had to block my debit card for security reasons.
I’ve requested the bank to investigate and reverse these transactions, but no action has been taken. If this continues, I may be forced to escalate the issue with the Central Bank of the UAE.
This lack of responsiveness and resolution has caused me great distress, and I sincerely hope the bank can address this matter soon.

This is the worst bank for registered a complaint for any Account issues no one is responding properly they are unable to solve the issues, every time every agent is just registering complaint but after that no results,
There concerned departments not responding not even attending there own service officers calls,
I never suggest to open the account in mashreq due to their very poor communication and solving the complaints.
Further more you never know when the bank will deduct old transactions from your personal bank account which was held in past as per there record. The bank disturb the customer funds any time there is a chance of bouncing of check due to this time of balance changing they made.
Worst bank at all I experienced.

"Worst banking system in Dubai"
Worst banking system in Dubai. Avoid at all cost. They allow transaction to get processed even thou merchant will not get it. Then when you call them to see what happens they say your money is on hold for 30 days or till merchant rejects it. Problem is merchant will never receive any money or be notified so your money is on purgatory for 30 days till it gets back to your account. Mashreq bank system is an absolute joke. Avoid it your money is safe out in open than in this bank.

"Your Money is not Safe & Secure at all…"
Your Money is not Safe & Secure at all in this Bank. Scammer can easily hack your account details even without OTP if you enter card details. Bank admits that there transactions are 3D secure where as i got scammed of 1000dh from a scammer and mashreq bank is helpless to recover after admitting that their transactions are 3D secure. A biggest loophole which can cost you your entire savings.

"The worst bank ever!!!!!!"
The worst bank ever.!!! It's a shame it's in a very developed fast business country. No customer care at all. You put for us chat robots to chat with with automated responses that result to nothing. It's now day 3, I received money from another bank and you even notified me that my account has been credited but only to check my balance and it doesn't reflect at all. And there's even no way to speak with any agent to solve the issue. Please step up your game or simply sell off the bank!!!
