"App and Call center useless. "
Honestly between the app and the supposed call center the customer service at mashreq bank is the worst ever. Even the voice on the call center is so slow it's like you moving in slow motion. Everything takes three hours to accomplish for even the simplest transaction. It's always frustration after frustration with your call center and app. It's ridiculous that in this day and age that you cannot simply do anything with a modicum of speed. You dealing with money and when it goes missing it's stressful for the person and all you have to say is OH well we can't help you because you haven't selected the correct number or the chat it can't phone you because it's not automated to do so. Seriously. You need to sort this out.

"Worst banking experience ever"
Worst experience can anyone go through, the bank is holding my end of service because i have a loan with them, and even after presenting a salary transfer letter from my new company, still the bank rejected it and they are not replying for my complaints and even their customer service is so poor in every thing.
I don’t recommend banking with Mashreq even if it is the last bank on earth

Person opinion I am feel not secured and not safe to keep my money on this bank because I have bad experience to cut my savings which is not mentioned in the statement
Today again i transferred 2,000 aed from my other account and when its credited to my Mashreq account the money on the display screen is become 820 dhs
Where is the remaining 1.200 aed?
I work hard to save my money but this bank is not really safe to keep money

I have approached your bank with a complaint since two months.All your service officers are out of hands.They did't even bother to listen to my complaint.Yesterday I met your Service Officer Mr.MUHAMMAD SALEEM.He Handled my complaint very easily.You should give a good tribute.He is the best service officer in your group.Dismiss all other service officers and appoint him only.if you need anything to say to other customers,just contact Mr.MUHAMMED SALEEM.Thanks For everything MUHAMMED SALEEM.I recommend giving him the best Sales Officer award....

Worst customer service ever. Going to the bank will be a waste of your time and money they will not assist you with anything. The customer service on the phone are the worst they will not explain or help with any questions you may have. Worst bak system in dubai! My credit card declined and completed stopped working for no reason 4 times in 1 month. My biggest regret is registering with this bank. I don’t know how to get my money back since i changed my number and no one is willing to help since my new number is “unknown to the bank”

4 times money get deducted from bank account and still getting back the amount
0 security , they don't secure people s money
I wanted to withdraw all my money they refused untill I transfert it to another so I could get my cash
For one week I m. I'm not receiving any opt and can't use my money
3 time time I pay a taxi amount deduct from my account and transfert being rejected from taxi card machine so need to pay him twice
I don't recommend anyone to deal with them

Very slow to solve the issue especially when they deduct you and need them
To return to the customer it takes too long before they resolve also their mobile up is always under maintenance causing if you do a transaction and decline it takes too long to return the amount that they deducted from your account and the customer agent seems not to know what they are doing. I am

I have encountered this twice the first one it took time before they returned my money and now it happened again because they are always under maintenance issues. So 🙁

It a complete fraud, the bank and the app. The app is completely dumb and keeps lagging, and the bank is a group of thieves, don't be surprised if they deduct money from your acount more than the stated charges. Plus, if you get robbed here, there is no way to communicate, even when you raise a complaint, no one contacts you, and they delete it directly that when you track it again, it's not there. This is the worst bank ever!!!
