Mashreq Bank is the Worst Cheating Bank I have ever seen in my life through my bad and worst experience with Mashreq Credit Card Cheating Scam.
Because i have more than 10000 aed in my account and they blocked my account with out any reason now we call to customer care and he said visit our branch and we visit the branch he said check online only because i dont do anything.now im tired and i lose my Money. 10000 aed is a very big amount for me.please avoid this bank because this a scamers.

Worst banking experience. I send money back home thru quick remit last Feb 10 , 2025 . Until this moment money was not received by the beneficiary . I been following up since the day 1 to find out what is the issue and they cannot answer the only answer you will get from them is they will find out and get back to me .first time i use this platform and never recommend .

The least service you can request for you will not find it at this called bank ! No customer service no follow up no answer, no way to even contact them ! You open an account and try to close it and then you are stuck with them! No way to cancel! Tricky way to keep you fined with penalties if you have below amount in your account! And when you want to close your account ! No way to do it

خدمة العملاء مع الأسف 0 الآن لدي سنة و أنا زبونة و عندما قررت فتح بطاقة ائتمان صعبوا الأمر ذهبت إلى مركزهم في دبي مول وكيل خدمة العملاء اصبح يخبرني انه من الصحب فتح بطاقة ائتمان و انه لا يمكنني و اصبح يعطيني اعذار كاذبة و عندما اتصلت بخدمة العملاء اصبحوا يخبرونني أنهم سوف يعدون الاتصال بي و لكن لا احد اتصل بي و وكيل خدمة العملاء في دبي مول أعطاني رقم صديقه الذي لا اعرف من أي شركة و اخبرنني انه سوف يفتح لي بطاقة ائتمان و صديقه ظل يتصل من دون توقف هذا مستوى متدني و ندمي يزداد يوميا لأنني فتح حساب لديهم الكل نبهي ان لا افتح و في هذا الصباح اتصل احدهم و اخبرني أنني لا يمكنني ان أخذ البطاقة الائتمانية لأني راتبي ليس 7,000 درهم أخبرته ما إذا امكن حل اخبرني لا و أخبرته أنني سوف اغلق الحساب قال اوكي و لم يهمه امر زبونهم هذا مخيب للأمل نصيحة من تجربتي افتحوا حساب في محل ثاني و لكن المشرق لا د

"Mashreq Bank-Credit Cards Cheating Scam-Worst Bank Ever-Central Bank Should Take Serious Action On Mashreq Bank"
Mashreq Bank is the Worst Cheating Bank I have ever seen in my life through my bad and worst experience with Mashreq Credit Card Cheating Scam. I wonder how Central Bank is allowing Mashreq Bank to cheat us legally like this. Whatever bill they post, we need to pay on time. If we don't pay on time, our AECB Score gets affected, and we are considered as Default Payers. We are unable to question or reason them, rather we need to bear this nonsense for the bank's mistake.
INCIDENT: We got a call from Mashreq Credit Card sales agent mentioning it as the best credit card with Weekly Offers, 1000 AED Bonus, Easy & Flexible Payment Schemes, etc, etc. We accepted and got the Credit Card with 27,000 AED Credit Limit. We paid the minimum amount (3.75%-4.0% Interest Rate/Month of the Total Outstanding Amount + 5% Minimum Outstanding Purchased Amount) for the first 2 months and they told we will get a Cashback of 1000 AED if our credit card transaction crosses 8000-10000 AED. At the end of third month, one evening around 7 or 8 PM, we received an SMS of 1000 AED Credit in the Mashreq Credit Card as Bonus; and the very next day morning when we did another transaction, there was a 900-1000 AED missing from the same Credit Card. Generally for each and every transaction, we get a SMS as well as Email immediately, but particularly for this deduction of 900-1000 AED they didn't send any SMS or Email. Hence, we called the Mashreq Customer Service and spoke to 3 persons in a line, and they spoke in a rude unprofessional manner stating we are not supposed to pay the minimum amount and we need to pay the full outstanding amount of 26,000+ AED. When we asked the reason for asking us to pay the full outstanding amount and not minimum amount, they told in a blunt manner that Mashreq Bank has its own Rules & Regulations as well as Policies & Procedures and we have signed it and threatened us to arrange the amount from somewhere outside and close the card ASAP, else they will charge 3.75%-4.0% Interest Rate per Month on the Total Outstanding + 5% of Principal Amount as first bill and will charge a Debt Interest of 8.75% for the remaining Total Outstanding Amount as another bill in every single month as well as some charges on a daily basis. When inquired about the 1000 AED bonus which was credited yesterday, these Cheaters say that they credited 1000 AED bonus yesterday night and took back that amount as 8.75% Interest Charge on the remaining Outstanding Amount + some daily interest charges. What kind of Credit Card is this and how Central Bank is allowing them to operate and cheat us like this. Central Bank should look into this and take serious action on Mashreq Bank for this Cheating Scam.
Never Recommend Mashreq Credit Card to anybody nor use it Personally - Will have a Very Bad Cheating Experience and Money Loss if used Mashreq Credit Card.

"The worst bank experience ever"
The worst bank experience ever, None of the requests was fulfilled on time counting from the first day of the opening the account till closing. Even when you raise the request to close the account, they don't, while with the other banks if the account is 0.00 balance you can close on your request any time. Mashereq iterally force you to keep your account open and continue to charge service charge even after the request to close. Don't recommend to anybody, you will spoil all your nervous system.Even one star is too much for the Mashreq bank services
