Insured my van with Adrian flux with a smart box, I have just been informed my policy is being cancelled and on top of that they want me to pay 135 pounds including a cancellation fee. I drive very safely in mine and others opinions and rarely speed. I was warned this might happen by a few previous customers of Adrian flux but I didn’t listen as it was the best value quote however it was too good to be true. I have been sent threatening messages by AF Every day about Charging the smart box which when I charged it I kept getting these messages which added money to the renewal. The quote I received was also not accurate and ended up costing more per month by a significant amount. Please do not buy insurance from this company especially if you’re a young driver, I couldn’t be more displeased with my experience if only there was an option to rate them negative stars I would have used it, if I had to describe this company in a few words I would say they are large corporate bullies (as most insurance companies are) but these lot are another level again PLEASE DO NOT BUY

The worst company I've had the miss future to deal with, explain twice on phone I'd receive my NCB on a certain date, I then received threats to cancel my policy if I didn't sent it before I'd received it, I couldn't carry on with driving school due to ill health, there idea just cancel policy, no offer of help getting another policy, then threats of debt collectors if I didn't pay the balance, no emails to tell me I owed them money, I only went on the website looking for proof of NCB, otherwise I would of had bailiffs knocking on my door.
I will never ever use this firm again and I applaud people to do the same.

I already have a Westfield that is insured with AF. this car is only used very occasionally. I have just obtained a BMW 118D as second car and thought it would be a good idea to take out a second insurance with AF, big mistake!
I feel that you have treated me badly and the total fee amount is not far short of a thousand pounds and I
am also being nagged about not providing a no claims discount. What do I need this for when I have years of cover with your good selves?
Shame I have to bring this to your attention!!

This scam company will charge you £85 to cancel your policy, even if it hasn’t started yet! Because you found them online and didn’t enquire by post, in 2025!? 😂
Their customer service is disgusting, and they try everything to not pay out in the event of somebody hitting you. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! You will regret using them.
After reading this review they requested a reference number to confirm I am an actual customer before replying with a pathetic apology to try and save face in public, but still no refund of my £85 they took for cancelling a policy that hadn’t started yet. Pathetic

I had spent hours trawling the internet looking specifically for empty property insurance that covered malicious damage - I was getting ridiculous quotes so rang this company when I saw an advert, had a very helpful sales person who found me a great policy at around 40% cheaper, all sorted within 20 mins, highly recommend!
