On 21 March I was referred by BIBA to Adrian Flux. I spoke at length to them. They then lost much of what I told them. I had send more via email. I then had to chase twice due to no response. Today 22 April they have emailed me that they "cannot offer any terms for you at this time." Truly appalling service. I have just lost one month. And the date to start my insurance is imminent. Please go elsewhere
