I tried ProVape for the 1st time on Thursday. I placed an order around 2pm and they had processed and prepared the shipment before the end of the day. They were very prompt and order was correct. I would highly recommend using ProVape for the hardware purchases. As I am in California I cannot say on the juices :(

So, here we are finally wanting to share an experience today...Found ProVape online a few month's back and decided to give them a shot with their POD JUICE Golden Custard Brand...All went very well the first few orders....Just recently the last 2 orders are NOT what their advertising although Charlotte offered to have them sent back free...I decided to go ahead and keep them as I dont have a shelf full of back ups...She confirmed that all they were getting was TFN = Tobacco Free Nicotine so I ordered again but x2 now that is not what is being sent...What is being sent is e-juice containing Nicotine from the Tobacco Plant...Either she has no clue about the difference or they are just product pushers for $$$$$...Very disappointing to say the least but Time is money and I know longer have the time to deal with false advertising and being misled...Emails to prove conversations on hand if this company wants to rectify this....

Almost all of the Nicotine Salt juice i ordered was well past the expiration date. 2 to 4 years past and tasted disgusting. Not a happy camper. Sent them an email to see if they will rectify this situation.
Update.
Provape has shipped me replacement products for all of the outdated products they sent me. I must say their customer service and quick attention regarding this situation has won me over. They have gained a customer instead of losing one.

I made a video opening my package was worried from the reviews. Honestly think think they are just fckn idiots or something. (9/10⭐️price). (10/10⭐️ not expired) (6/10⭐️Packaging) was very lose and could see stuff easily getting broke just add some packing peanuts or sumn (1/10⭐️ no I'd) check mailman literally handed me my package. Not complaining just fyi yall need to do better on that end. Overall I would highly recommend these guys ignore the bad reviews. There was no tax for me so actually was probably a better deal here than going in store.
