"I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and…"

I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and asked for a few tweaks with slightly longer porch, glass one side etc. All of this was done with no fuss. Lad arrived when they said and fitted the shed as tightly as possible into a corner of the garden to allow maximum space for rest of a small garden. Its in situ a year now and is still absolutely perfect no issues and I have recommended them and would continue to do so.

Excellent cover for my 1954 Shasta canned ham trailer. Easy to assemble, looks great in the side yard. I have strict HOAs and it the cover blends in nicely. For the money, it was an excellent choice.

Ordered a shed on 5/11/2020. It is now a month later and I have been told (after numerous email conversations) that the shed is not available and my order was canceled. This occurring after being told I could wait for my order and that I was first in line for the next availability.

E-mail was the only way I could get a hold of them, but I am glad I have the records of the conversations. I would call and nobody answered; I tried and chat and the que did not decrease. E-mails are just a reiteration of the same sentences over and over again.

Since receiving a response from the owner i have revised my rating, title and review slightly. I appreciate his explanation, and have no intent of trying to ruin his small business. I understand it must be especially difficult during this time, but I still wish there had been better communication.

STORAGE UNIT CAME IN THE TIME IT WAS EXPECTED. BOXES IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALL PARTS WERE AS STATED WITH EASY TO READ INSTRUCTIONS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR UNIT AND MAY POSSIBLY PURCHASE ANOTHER SHED. I WOULD DEFINATELY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The shed is great quality and pretty easy to assemble. The price was at a minimum 30% less than any prebuilt unit I looked at.
