"The shed is perfect for storing items…"

The shed is perfect for storing items in bins. The floor is not good for walking on longer than it takes to place another bin inside but the sides and roof are weather protecting and hold a great deal.
It is NOT a shed to work in, but I am very happy with it for storing items in bins.
It took 2 guys a half a day to assemble but all the parts were there and good instructions on how to assemble.
This was just as advertised!

"Disappointed with cancelled online order"

I am very disappointed to say that we ordered and paid for a pellgram Glory greenhouse and after about 5 days our order was cancelled and our funds were refunded By ShedsDirect. There was no reason given. We waited and waited for this greenhouse to become available online and when it did we ordered it right away. We had bought a small 6x6 one from a local hardware store the same day that this greenhouse from sheds direct became available. We returned it the next day knowing that in about 10 days we would have the Pellgram Glory 8x8 Greenhouse That we had wanted for months... I have tried to reach Sheds Direct via Facebook and by phone but to no avail.... very very disappointed And would like answers

I’m not exactly sure why this post is being reviewed for not following guidelines of trust pilot but after I had posted this review, my second greenhouse that I Ordered from Sheds Direct was Cancelled. It at least gave a reason this time But why have items up on a site as in stock and then cancel after about 5 days Into the order?.... between the two greenhouses being ordered then cancelled and now having to order from Another company and wait for shipping... it kinda stinks

I recommend more then two people make the shed on a flat surface if possible other then that it's a strong shed good product.

Purchased a 12'×24' vinyl arrow shed first mislead as to 8' walls only 8'@peak witch was not good but workable I've had 2 different contractors that had gotten as far as assembling trusses.from their they have both given up I was given an 800 number from parts & assembly department I have called 3 contractors they have worked with in past & was laughed at & told good luck I've also had posted on w websites cannot find a contractor to assemble now I have a $2,500. Pile of unusable parts & sheds for less wants to charge me a 25% fee for return on item that they sold me & is worthless. better business bureau is going to be contacted I don't have $2,500 to scrap sorry

So far we have had a great experience. Customer service was helpful changing my order to the correct color and the Swing set arrived sooner than expected. No issues with my purchase.

"Outrageous restocking fee!"

Received a shed from Shed for Less Direct - I was shocked by the small size of the box it arrived in - knowing this couldn't be any sturdy quality shed I didnt open it and I requested a return. 25% restocking fee and I'm responsible for coordinating the shipping, they won't even send a return slip and deduct the shipping from my refund .

The return policy states you may be charged a restocking fee if unopened. Totally different section stated you will definitely be charged 25% if you opened or used it - when I questioned the 25% the rep told me that that 25% covers all returns regardless. Pretty deceptive - if you know the policy is 25% for all returns just state that, I wouldn't have shopped your store

I would have accepted a full credit for a new shed and paid return shipping but now I'll just bring it to Home Depot or Lowes and get more money on a store credit for the return, since they sell the same shed. Poor form on customer service, won't shop here again. Buyer beware.

The shed is perfect for my needs. I am storing my lawn mower and bikes and Christmas decorations. I have no storage in my house. This shed allows me the extra room to do that. It's perfect!

"Good Sturdy Shed"

This was a great shed. Large and surprisingly sturdy after assembly. It took quite a bit longer for me to assemble than the 6 hours stated but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. You will definitely need 2 people for the job though. But I am very pleased with how it turned out.

The shed arrived ahead of schedule. The driver called ahead so that we were at home when it was delivered. Love the product, but the directions are a bit of a nightmare. Hang with it and go slow and all comes together.
