The shed I ordered showed to be in stock and when I purchased it I was told that in would ship in 10-15 days after my purchase. When I had not received any emails concerning shipment I phoned and spoke with someone and was told they would contact the manufacturer and send me an email concerning shipment. I never received an email so after waiting 2 days I called again and was given the same answer. I never received an email after the 2nd request. On the third day I called and was told that I had been sent an email advising that the shed was not in stock and the manufacturer did not have a date of when they would be available. At that time I advised the person I wanted to cancel the order and was told that they would send a cancellation to the manufacturer and when the cancellation was confirmed, my money would be refunded and that this process should take 24 hrs and again I would receive an email. 24 hrs later I had not received any email, I called back and was told that 2 cancellation request had been sent and they were waiting for confirmation from the manufacturer. I'm still waiting for an email and it has been 24 hrs. again. I will call again today. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It always seems as though companies like this take payment immediately out of your account but they do not want to return it that quickly. My only alternative at this point is to call my credit card company and explain the situation to them and have them reverse the payment.
