Very pleased, 1st time doing this, with minimal help from my wife, after site work, it took a full weekend to complete. Had all parts needed and I used tech support for a question that I had. Which was in English and solved my issue. Price was the best on line.

"I RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS…"
I RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! First they lost my order after accepting my payment delaying delivery 3 weeks and then they cancelled my order for no reason. They waited 2 WEEKS to tell me that they randomly cancelled my order (and now try to say I told them to cancel the order LOL) They said I could replace the order or cancel for a refund. Now 7 weeks into waiting for my product I was told it would take an additional 6-8 weeks if I replaced the order. I am now out $2000 from rescheduling with my contractor multiple times as a result of this joke of a company's mistakes. They offered no apology or any assistance in fast tracking the delivery or discount for their multiple mistakes. BUYER BEWARE. All of their products are available elsewhere! Don't make the same mistake I did!

I'm very happy with my shed. I'd say the assembly requires medium level DIY experience using basic tools. It's definitely a two-man job because some pieces need to be held in place while they are secured to the frame. The end result is a great looking and sturdy shed. I can fully recommend it.

"The website is not very clear on shipping/delivery"
The website is not very clear on shipping. It's not "free", but basically, unless you own a forklift, the shipping costs $100, and that is hidden in the middle of the terms and conditions fine print. When I informed them that I had the option of purchasing elsewhere for only $40 more, but with TRUE free shipping, they told me their price match is not applicable on past sales. They also can't tell you anything about the type of truck it will come on, if there will be a ramp available for you to use, etc because, "they are not affiliated with the shipping company" and don't have any of that information available for the customer. When on the phone with customer service and they asked is there anything else, I recommended some things that could make things more clear and transparent in the buying and shipping process for the customer but, instead of telling me they'd pass the recommendations along, the customer service representative reasoned away why apparently none of my suggestions are needed. Oh and the kicker, I received an email from them asking for me to "call them at the number below" about something, but didn't include any phone number. Very unprofessional, and that happened twice, so it wasn't just an anomaly.

"Be Cautious About Ordering Online"
Hi Travis. I appreciate your reply, and I understand your concern. My issue is that I received nothing at the time of order to verify which model I ordered. The documentarion your employees shared with me were never received by me at the time of order. The fact that there were 2 options shown available is unfortunate. It didn't occur to me at the time to take a screenshot as proof. The point of my review is cautionary, that people ordering online are better off talking to a person (as was suggested by the person who emailed me) rather than simply clicking a link and assuming everything will be fine. Your company gets lots of good reviews, which is one reason I felt ok about placing my order. I'm sure this won't make too much of a dent. I do wish you well.

The price looked really good compared to others I saw online, & free shipping, great. And the shed did come pretty quickly, about 5 days after I ordered. It arrived while I was at work (on a rainy day, to boot). When I looked at it the next day, I saw it was the wrong color. When I contacted customer service (thru
a chat window), I was told they'd sent the one I'd ordered. I looked at my email confirmation, & could not see any reference to the exact model number, which is the only way I would have been able to tell whether I'd made a mistake or not. In going back & duplicating how I'd ordered on my phone, I saw exactly what I remembered, the 2 models side-by-side, the darker one on the left & the lighter one on the right. And I'd simply clicked on the picture of the lighter one - which matched the one I already have. Except NOW the lighter one was listed as "out of stock". The person I chatted with said I couldn't have ordered that one if it was out of stock (clearly). I can only saw it was NOT listed as out of stock as of 2 weeks ago. Either that or someone neglected to update the web page. At any rate, he said they'd look into what it would take to return the wrong shed. A couple days later I got an email saying I'd be charged a restocking fee of $67.49. They would waive the outbound shipping charge (gee thanks) but I'd be responsible for the shipping to return it. Which means I'd wind up over $100 out-of-pocket with nothing to show for it. When I responded that I was not happy with their response, the service rep claimed that their inventory manager, who is apparently the person I'd chatted with, told me they'd been out of stock of the lighter-colored model "for a long time". No, that's NOT what he told me, & I have the transcript of the chat. At any rate, there's not much point in my pursuing this any further, since, of course, I have no proof that was provided to me at the time of sale as to the fact that I ordered the lighter model. My advice to other potential customers is to call your order in & make sure you have confirmation of exactly what you order, because you will have very little recourse in the event of "misunderstandings".
I wrestled a bit with whether or not to leave a review, considering the possibility that I may have "clicked on the wrong button", as I was being told. But after running thru the steps I took to order it, I still disagree. All I can say is, this is what happened & they did not confirm to me which model had been ordered, just a "Suncast 4x3 Horizontal Storage Shed Kit w/ Floor".

I recently ordered a glider bench from Sheds for Less. Everything worked out perfectly. Their website was easy to navigate and my item arrived as described and well within the shipping time estimation. I was concerned that there could be delays because I placed my order between Christmas and New Years, but there were no issues at all. I will definitely be a return customer.

This is an AWESOME shed...did take 3 sets of hand to erect...found the video AFTER we constructed unit...would suggest watching video prior to starting while reviewing manual....LOOKS GREAT!
