"GREAT service and product"

I can't say enough about Sheds for Less Direct. We ordered a 60118 Lifetime 10x8 Side Entry Shed w/ Vertical Siding. Shipping time was quick, and tracking the item was easy. Estes delivered it, but DROPPED the box from the back of the truck. After we opened the box, we discovered that a shelf and one of the skylight panels were damaged.

I contacted Shedsforless, who replied immediately, and offered to send me replacement parts at no cost. I didn't even have to ask! Over the next few weeks, I asked them for brackets for the shelf as well, which they sent at no charge. All very fast and efficient.

We were EXTREMELY satisfied with their service, and have recommended them to friends. We will certainly look for any opportunity to buy from them in the future.

I order a shed 11/27/2021, I got an shipped update 12/7/2021, I called after about 10 days - Amber told me that it's not they're responsibility to track or confirm I received once they ship it I should call the shipping company. Shipping update shows it arrived some where in Pompano Beach on 12/10/2021, with delivery 12/14/2021, then 12/21/2014, on 12/31/2021 I requested a refund because this seemed like a scam, awful customer service rep. They were going to refund me $156.75 of $769.00 what a joke. So I was forced to wait on the Shed. I finally received it at 4pm on Jan 6, 2022 - I don't know if everything is ok yet - customer service was terrible. I will never use they're service again and I will let my 40,000 followers know about this company as well.

I ordered my shed in September and then I was told they was out of stock and they would have it in stock by October 15. I keep asking for a update and get the same thing over and over, now it is November, I'm wondering if I should have gotten a shed somewhere else. Maybe I will get it before spring. Unhappy.

Shed arrived quickly. Lumber was in excellent condition. Instructions were fairly easy to follow. Missing several boxes of nails but I decided to use screws once I ran out of nails.

"No support for undelivered shed order"

My shed was shipped from the manufacturer to the local distributor within two days, but by now it has been three weeks and I still have not gotten my delivery. I get the run around by the shipper, and when I asked Shedsforless to help, I got the "what do you want us to do about it?" answer. When I reminded them that the shipper is THEIR subcontractor, then they said they would "try" to contact the shipper. But I have not seen any action from them. The only movement is through my own pushing, which is tiresome. Yes Shedsforless has lower prices, but you will get no support once the order is placed.
