Extremely poor customer service. Unwilling to give anything but the same scripted messages over and over.
Better hope you don't have a problem because you'll get no answers from them.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had to consistently follow up with company about a product they sold me that was out of stock! Not only did I have to wait for it to be manufactured by a secondary company, but then that secondary company messed up shipping address. Here we are two months later and still have no received the swing set that was ordered as a gift! I will NEVER give this company any further business. Selling out of stock items from secondary suppliers in my opinion in POOR business! Had I not called to follow up on shipment, or I wouldn’t have been notified it was even out of stock.

We bought our daughter the Lifetime Playset with tunnel. It is very sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and it came in very quickly, even though things were slow during quarantine last year. Overall, very satisfied with Sheds for Less and their quickness in which they answered my emails and updated me on my order when I requested information.

This was a fun project, it went together well, the instructions were satisfactory. My suggestion is to be sure to have help assembling the larger pieces as they can be too heavy for a couple of old farts to move....
Practical skill level required to build, must know how to work a level, square and a hammer.
