I returned my car at 6:15 am.There was no one at the counter to Service me. I waited 10 mintues. When a customer rep finally showed up (Sean) I was told I had to wait and additional 15 minutes to get my receipt.
Shuttle is outside waiting with customers.

This was the first time I rented from DrivO and it has overall been a good experience. I had to pick up the car from JFK location, and their shuttle picked me up from the Rental Car pick up center. I returned the car at LaGuardia, which was even smoother. The airport is just across the road and they drop you to the airport - that makes things so much easier specially during evening rush hour. The car itself was clean, washed and tidy. A great experience overall.

Shuttle was quick to be at the airport. Nice, friendly drivers and staff. Not too long to checkin and get the car. Vehicle clean and current model.
