"Strange experience"

Strange experience. Wish I had read reviews first! I'd be terrified this company would retaliate in extreme ways due to an honest review. Hopefully they just understand client concerns or people will be informed. Rented thru Priceline and a third party rental, ACE or parent company. Ace was great and responsive,
Drivo was very confusing, separate customer service...makes things a little difficult. Still going thru a refund process and cannot believe that DRIVO is not just smooth running.
Don't want to push my situation as it sounds like they do not understand public safety or pay regards to it. Just posting to inform and say go to the BBB, FTC, AGs or Police so these guys stop harassing people. You ask for basic customer service and you get extremes!! I'd say if there are investigations going on of Drivos practices that it's about time they get fined, shut down, absorbed...The employees dont seem to respond favorably to the citys standards...eg, if the AG is already on them, i dont know if Drivo will ever get legal business practices or a request for them....and you may actually have to request it, the kinks are not smoothed out there yet. Take pictures before and after, even the gas tank! Drivo does not have forms to fill out regarding gas tank or assessed damage, like other rental companies or I was not given any, thus tons of pictures!! No option to pay for full tank of gas! Still dont know whats gonna happen with any toll charges. They charge an arm and a leg for inhouse insurance, may file false claims if they get a hold of yours. This is not a normal, well run company. Strange rental process! 🤔 Never had that happen before!!
