This us an addendum to my prior review of two weeks ago. I contacted them via phone and email and got nowhere with them. They will not refund me my money of the upgrade nor the extra day charge. I am convinced they are scammers and will try everything they can to get more money out of you. They sent me a 15% discount off a next rental. Well you know what my response was?!!! I am now contacting the news and the Better Business Bureau and I am taking them to court. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business, they should be investigated. Plus, none of the people who I spoke to speak a word of English! There cars need service and I felt unsafe driving the Camry due to power steering pulling to one side.

The rates are good. The rental process is pretty easy and straightforward. Make sure you understand exactly what their insurance covers and how you are liable for any damages. If you experience any issues just let them know, customer service will gladly work with you to resolve.

I had a great experience with Drivo at LGA airport. Mr Ganiev, the GM, was very professional and gentle, always ready to secure me and my fiancé the best cars at the best offers available. All the team members of Drivo were as well professional and gentle. I highly recommend Ace Drivo at LGA airport.

"Disaster with Drivo"

Flight was delayed by 1 hour and my reservation was missed due to car company being closed. That's certainly not their fault, BUT they refused to allow me to pick up the car in the morning because the reservation would be cancelled after 4 hours of not picking it up (even though they were closed during those "4 hours"). I requested they simply create a new reservation then (for the same car that they obviously still had) to begin in the morning when they first opened and to be returned at the same time the original reservation was for. They said they couldn't do that because my original reservation was still in effect (even though they were closed and the vehicle obviously couldn't be picked up). And they offered no options, alternatives, or solutions. They left us high and dry over something so simple. That left me and my son at the airport to sleep overnight with no hotel vacancies anywhere in the city. Nice way to treat your customers. The term "customer SERVICE" has no meaning to Drivo. We were able to get a different reservation with AVIS. AVIS was a little more expensive but they saved our vacation. Hooray to AVIS! Boo to you Drivo!
