Excellent Car Rental - Great price and service. This is the 2nd time we used them, first was through Priceline and 2nd directly - both times, great minivan, excellent service.

When you rent the car they are making 100 photos of the car without you . When you return the car they make photos from different side and then creat a non existing damages to collect more money for the rental .

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I most certainly would. First off when you walk in the door they have very loud Russian music playing. The music is so loud that you can’t even hear when spoken to.

My main problem with this company is the lack of customer service or empathy. If you don’t pick up your car within a four hour window from your reservation time they will automatically cancel your reservation with no notice. I showed up at their location at 8 pm and was informed they not only cancelled the reservation but they had not one car they can use to accommodate me, mind you there was a wall full of keys behind them. Then they proceeded to tell me to walk down the street to Enterprise and see if they can assist me. I went online while standing there and was able to re book a car at which I was told they don’t take same day reservations. Mind you I was able to book the car!

They then proceeded to talk amongst themselves in Russian, laughing, turning up the music and carrying on while they continued to turn customers away.

I had to book a reservation with Avis (with no issues) and take their bus back to the terminal to catch the Avis bus.

The bus driver was extremely pleasant and disappointed that we were treated in such a way although he did mentioned that a lot of folks complain to him about their lack of customer service and support as well as their overbooking cars that clearly are not available.

My suggestion to this company would be to get rid of the rude Russians and place the bus driver inside to assist customers!

Nickel and dime on everything. Want to leave the state? Oh you should have read the 50 pages in fine print to see you’ll be charged $15/day to go 1 ft into another state and even if you only do it once, you’ll be charged the daily fee for your entire rental. Oh and they will make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to prove insurance coverage and will upsel you unnecessarily. Not to mention they are rude and the car was crappy. NEVER AGAIN.

Брала машину 20 ноября, оплатила страховку с покрытием $40.000. При парковке не заметила дерево, слегка поцарапала бампер справа. Это повреждение / damage. В соответствии с договором аренды сразу позвонила to the lessor. Прошла неделя, мне не возвращают депозит, требуют заполнить и подписать report form accident. Но!!! Инцидента / accident не было, так как не было 2й стороны конфликта. И как быть? И как мне вернуть мой депозит?
Офис Coney Island работает на "5", пользуюсь услугами не первый раз, всегда довольна. Готова рекомендовать Drivo знакомым. Оценка снижена из-за Claim's department
