"Wrong account balance"

In the web portal the latest invoice I can see is from 25 Dec 2022.
My account balance says I have a credit of £6, however, I received an email saying I'm £31 in debt.

I've asked multiple times to have this sorted with no luck.
In the last email they said "I can confirm that our customer experience department have amended the balance on your online portal account to ensure that this matches for all future invoices issued."
No they didn't, the data doesn't flow through my portal.

I recall since 2022 (more than 2 years!) that I don't have an invoice in the portal

"Shocking company"

Shocking company. Useless at replying to emails. Sending me a schedule of payments for the previous year, they can’t even get the year right! I bought my first place last December and since then I have nothing good to say about them.

"Utterly abhorrent company and…"

Utterly abhorrent company and management. Please read all the negative reviews and take heed. Avoid purchasing a property managed by them. I pay monthly and was sent a letter last week asking me to contact them incase I was struggling… how rude a suggestion. A few days later I’m summonsed by their property debt company with a charge of £450 added in addition to a ‘fund’ request that’s appeared for our block of £500 per property in advance! For what….
Please note I pay my service charge for a flat in Westmarch court in Southampton monthly.. every month. Perhaps they need to work along side someone who can manage simple mathematics and manners.
I cannot wait now to sell my property and urge anyone to consider their purchase.
Oh RMG when you issue your usual I’ve located your account response, my email no longer exists and hasn’t done for a year. Post only thanks

Spoke with both Emily and Chelsea in the existing customer team- fantastic response, very helpful. In my line of work I deal with many management companies who have a bad rap for long delays and unhelpful staff- couldn't be less true for RMG and in particular Emily and Chelsea who listened to the situation and were fantastic with their responses and assistance.

"The incompetence of this company knows…"

The incompetence of this company knows no bounds. Despite the fact roughly 70% of the "service charge" I pay as a freeholder is for management fees, they have gone ahead and managed to email everyone up to a portal related to a completely separate estate based elsewhere in the country. Having emailed them a list of requests about data protection, their mi's-handling of customer data, I had to follow up twice before getting a reply, which failed to address my points, so who knows, maybe after a third follow up they'll actually address my points raised.

"If you Avoid at All Costs – Worst Company Ever are considering working with…"

If you are considering working with this company, think twice. Their pricing is completely inflated beyond reason, with outrageous costs that make no sense. They seem to have a network of affiliated companies that they funnel jobs to, ensuring that everything is overpriced and poorly managed.

Their handling of properties is a disaster—maintenance is slow, unresponsive, and often done poorly. They lack transparency, refuse to provide clear breakdowns of costs, and seem to prioritize squeezing money out of customers rather than providing a decent service.

This is easily one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever encountered. If you care about your property and your wallet, stay far away.

I went online with Holly at RMG about a maintenance issue at our flat and she was amazing.
Fully understood my issue and sorted it whilst we were on the chat. Calm, knowledgeable and efficient.

"Years with this awful company"

Years with this awful company. I hope nobody has to deal with these con artists & thieves. Service charges increase each year & now our entire building has gone 5 days without water with no communication. It should be illegal to be this careless.

"Wouldn't even give 1 star."

Wouldn't even give 1 star.. in 2022 we got our first bill. We were advised this would be £160 for the year but they charged us just shy of this for a quarter! Had to get local councillor to arrange meetings to even get any communication from them. Terrible at replying to emails(maybe 3 replies to around 25 emails), they pluck the invoice charges out of thin air, cannot justify them or provide evidence. This company has zero care for customers. After finally resolving their errors after 2 years we received admin charges and debt collection letters even though we were paying a balance every month to clear the debt incurred by RMG being incapable of fixing their errors in a timely manner. Ella and Adam were no help whatsoever, advised the payment plan was no good as i came up with it myself and didn't make them aware even though id been paying since September but if i paid an extra lump sum they might consider it. So unprofessional for a company to almost force more money out of you when you are pushed to the limit as it is just so you dont have AMA LLP knocking at your door which they are notorious for. So they can take a stupid amount of time to fix their screw up after digging their heels in but when you ask for a few months to pay the balance they are a bunch of bullies. This company has caused me and my family a ridiculous amount of stress since moving into my new house, which i love but would happily move out of if it meant not giving RMG a penny. Dont know how your employees sleep at night with having zero empathy and putting people under pressure to feed their own greed.
