Getting in touch with the building manager feels impossible. After two months of emails and unanswered calls, I still couldn’t get a simple answer about the regulations. You’re stuck waiting on hold, only to be brushed off by a call center agent who promises to “leave a message” – and then nothing happens.
Reaching the actual property manager? Feels like trying to contact a CEO. Even after leaving a one-star review, you’ll likely just get a polite response from “higher management” that sounds promising but leads nowhere.
If you’re looking for great customer service and efficient building management, this might not be the place. But if you don’t mind endless waiting, rising bills, and a bit of chaos, then RMG might be for you.

Very pleased with support I received from Mel Hickman (RMG) and Shaun (MSG Contractor) on the completion of a repair to my bedroom wall. Pipe running from gas meter caused small moisture problem on wall. Very happy with Shaun's work and Mel's quick response - thanks very much both !

"Outcome!"
I wrote a review a few months ago regarding car parking lines at Varsity Drive in Twickenham and RMG carried out an 'investigation' of the complaint. True to form, this consisted of consulting the site manager and not asking for my evidence. The evidence was an email categorically stating that the work would be carried out the following September. The site manager ignored the exact wording of the email and said it was a hope rather than a promise. Her word was taken without the 'investigator' asking me for the email.
In the event, my own workman said it was such an easy job that he did it free of charge; it required a stencil to paint over the original house number so family know where to park their cars.
Hopefully, RMG will lose the contract to manage our block soon. This has already happened in another block on our estate.

Usually RMG are useless. Their management treat owners like a nuisance, and rarely answer correspondence. But they have a few gems, and Jordan is one of them. He understands how the inflexibility of RMG systems cause issues and works with them to give a much better experience. He is much better than his peers in management.
His empathy should get him a more senior position where he can use his talent to instruct others or lead teams to deploy his standards to make everyone's lives better.
