"Excellent property manager"

Rebecca Hodkinson has been an excellent manager, who takes an active interest in the residents' circumstances and does her best to provide them with a safe, clean, and pleasant environment to live in. We do not have a long relationship with the company so cannot comment on the general structure, payments, etc. yet, but Rebecca has been wonderful to liaise with!

"No stars"

If I could give "no stars" I definitely would. To raise service charges this year 27% for virtually no ground maintenance services for 3 months is disgusting. Dreadful/non existent service for months whilst "they" negotiate new contractors is completely unacceptable. How can they justify this huge increase?

Company is a disgrace and they will only reply to these negative reviews stating the can’t locate an account. Disgusting charging nearly £300 months per 2 bed flat to mow a tiny lawn once a month.

"Horrible Company"

They are quick to issue bills and send you to debt collectors agencies, but no response to get any work done.

Anyone who works for this organisation, go and get yourself a job that has a bit of respect to it.

I can’t wait to see this company close down after they have to answer to MPs in Parliament.

"Do no respond to multiple emails and then instruct debt collectors "

Absolute crooks! I've been trying to communicate with Sophie in District Heating since at least December 2024 to arrange a payment plan to settle a large outstanding debt for the heating in the building (which they failed to charge for several years and now claiming all in one go). We made a proposal for the monthly payment arrangement in Dec 24, chased several times with zero response. We even started making payments to show our intention to settle the debt. In Feb 25 we hear from a debt collection agency demanding the full payment in 10 days including admin fees charged by RMG and additional fees from debt collection agency, all totally around £1k.

Now they are responding and saying it's too late and we need to deal with debt collection agency.

It's been a hugely stressful process that simply keeps getting worse due to their poor communication.

"Excellent Service"

In my opinion I believe excellent service was received as an issue with fencing was reported and I believe with the help of the Property Manager Nicole Landazuri; this issue was resolved promptly and I was kept informed; in which I was extremely grateful for.

"Horrendous company"

Horrendous company! They charge a fortune in factor fees and do next to nothing. The cut all the grass in November leaving all the cuts to turn to mulsh in winter and trimmed hedges and flung cuttings at end of my garden! They’re seen sitting in the vans most of the day playing with phones! Charge over £500 for sanding kids play thing timber edges! And sent a debt recovery letter to my us even tho we had payed the bills on time.

"A company full of bullies."

A company full of bullies.

RMG made a mistake and didn’t send correspondence to an updated email I provided, they sent it to an old deactivated email. I’ve had multiple RMG staff telling me correspondence has gone to different places (old email address, new email address and post). They think sending an email with lies will change the fact that I have all of the things they have said on recorded phone conversations. I have offered to pay my ground rent in full in a lump payment, they have refused this and are trying to charge me over £500 in late fees (even though it is their error). I will be taking this to a tribunal. Absolutely disgraceful company, do not let them use scare tactics to try and bully you in to paying.
