"Supporting me with an urgent issue on my house sale"

Chelsea C was very understanding about my situation with my house sale and just how much my family & I have riding on it. She was very responsive in her comms and I didn't at all feel like I was being 'fobbed' off (like I have been with other organisations).

I would also like to call out Jade & Olivia who have also been very helpful this week.

All x3 are a credit to the RMG group.

"Don't Buy a Property Managed by RMG!"

I will keep this short. I have been forced to have my property managed by RMG for many years now, and they have always provided poor customer service. This latest case to rectify a damp issue in a flat occupied by an elderly asthmatic is the final straw.

After eventually carrying out an assessment, 2 months and counting later, they have failed to rectify the issue, or even give a date when the work will be done, even after repeated requests for them to do so. They have simply ignored the requests.

I intend to discuss with the other leaseholders in the block how we can extract ourselves from this truly appalling company.

"Shocking management company!! "

Further to my previous review a month ago, this company honestly are amateurs! I have never known a company to not have a clue what is owed, what we need to do to sell our property and when asked questions by our solicitors/buyers solicitors there responses are so rubbish! We are 6 months into trying to sell this property and we just keep going round in circles and when you ask if something is actually going to solve it they just say we need payment urm no how about you actually tell me if anything is going to sort this before we lose our purchase and our buyers! Honestly baffles me that a company can function this way! I will be glad when we are rid of this company as I have seen over reviewed stating the same thing so clearly can’t manage there buildings! Oh and some staff need to take some courses on how to deal with customers as they have been so rude to me and our solicitors it’s shocking!!

"Avoid and use alternative company."

Absolute terrible company. Our new housing area is already looking run down and it's only been two years. We are looking into alternative arrangements for management.

A payment I sent failed. They sent claim to have sent me a reminder which I didn't get and then sent another letter that arrived while we were on holiday. Before we got back they had already sold it onto a property debt collection company and the fee immediately doubled. We now can't afford food until pay day, otherwise the fee would keep going up and up

What a harsh company,no maners at all.
I informed them when I'll pay yearly service fee and also asked what services actually have been made towards my home as I moved year ago and it has een constant building site.In response they replyed that they still calculating the cost for services provided towards my house -but what services??!!That was my question. I'm cutting the grass,I'm washing the windows,there is a lot of rubish around, no lights, no bins provided, nothing actually what would remind nice cared for area. Few days ago I recieved letter from Property Dept Collection saying that my account is in areas off 512.03£(oryginał fee was 104£).For what??I paid service fee before even got the letter!They cheeting-making money on people,they can't even answer a simple question.In response they thretening people with debs collection.They must have some deal with Persimmon-company which sold house for us! They both laying to people.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

"Follow up complaint .."

Follow up complaint ... . Following my first comment 15th Feb, I got a quick response on trustpilot followed up with an email saying someone would call within 5 working days no call ...I then received an email saying case closed . I emailed our property manager yet again about our still out of order lift and received a basic , generic response paying no regard to the content of my situation. Awful ,totally awful customer service ...
