"Disappointed-wouldn’t recommend"

•Should’ve had 3 laps-only had 2
•Cars very worn in appearance-not clean
•Pre paid for “media package”-not all cars recordings were successful

When we arrived, signed paperwork, showed license etc
They then tried to sell the insurance cover for £45 on top of whatever you’ve initially paid when booking.
I declined and said I didn’t want it.
They then tried pressuring me, saying that the excess is up to £5000 if I was to damage the car.
I still declined.
Surprisingly, no one came even close to crashing as it’s quite a short course.

•I also had the Passenger ride on my package.
I thought one of the super cars would take me out and show me how it’s some kinda thing.

•Instead it was a girl in her mid 20’s driving a BMW M3. She was nice and it was ok but nothing like I was imagining.

I give it a two as 2/3 instructors were really nice and informative, and the final one, (not the BMW driver, the final car I drove) he was overly rude and patronising.

Finally, about bringing children and partners unless they’re very patient. Lots of waiting around.

"Very disorganised"

Booked a 3 car experience for my son at Elvington. Booked for 1pm but it was ten past 2 before he got in his first car! He was then marked down as having driven his second car when he hadn’t so yet another wait. To say it was disorganised would be an understatement. Have done similar with other companies before and have to say we will be going back to them and avoiding Everyman in the future.

Excellent experience at Prestwold Racing Circuit 25/7/22. Lots of cars to choose from and on the day I upgraded the Atom to the Aventador for £40. Very lucky to get Tony Apliou as an instructor in the Ferrari 360 he was absolutely fantastic and gave me some advice on taking the corners better. Also, Lorraine in the Aventador gave some good advice also.

"Awful communication and customer service"

I bought my son a driving experience voucher via Buy A Gift. I have tried twice to book the experience via their website. Their website is absolutely rubbish and when I rang to book on the phone I was on hold for 8 minutes, finally got through to a person who couldn't help me and said she'd get someone to call me back. No one called back. Just tried again to book online and it doesn't work. I tried to contact them via the "live chat" - every time you write a message and press "submit" it tells you that they "lost connection" and to try again. It really doesn't fill me with confidence about the actual driving experience. It feels like I paid £60 for nothing! Very disappointed.

"High Speed Fun"

I had a track day last week with Everyman at Elvington, York. First up was a BMWI8, instructed by Paul. A nice machine, really good acceleration and fun. Paul was very friendly and encouraging. Next up was a mega motor, MClaren 570. Michael was a brilliant instructor allowing me to really get the best out of the drive whilst keeping us safe. Finally thecPorche 911 with Richard. This was great fun, chasing down the much more capable GT in front of us. Thought we had it but it was just too quick on the straight. Great day, great fun, great instructors.

If I could give one star, I would.

I used a voucher (gifted at Christmas), plus some extra cash, to book a triple supercar experience day at Goodwood on 18th May (earliest date available). I was very much looking forward to it. Their website wouldn't accept my voucher code so I called to book - I was not informed on the call of the cancellation terms.

Last week, I was involved in a traffic incident and my car was written-off: I was also injured from having to climb through a window get out as it had toppled, so quite serious. I now don't have a vehicle for the foreseeable until my insurer pays out so cannot travel the 6 hours round trip to Goodwood.

I told Everyman Racing of these extenuating circumstances and even though the wording of their Ts+Cs WOULD allow me a cancellation and refund, they have refused. I offered to pay the £30 fee, and forego the voucher value, yet they still refused. How could I have cancelled and received a voucher refund within 60 days of voucher purchase when the gift giver bought it months in advance before gifting it to me?! And why would I have done that when I actually wanted to attend the experience day but now physically can't?

So, they get to book someone else in on 18th May for an experience, taking in more money whilst holding onto mine (not a sum to be sniffed at!).

Abysmal service for someone recently rattled by a bad car accident. No empathy and no experience dealing with those with disabilities.
