"Cancelled last minute"
Experience booked for my son months ago, to be cancelled with just two hours notice and no explanation.
When I called to rebook I was told I couldnt now do it at this venue so would have to travel two hours for a fifteen minute experience.
Was supposed to get a call back to discuss refunding me the money, obviously did not happen.
Arrogant company, horrendous customer service, avoid like the plague!

A brilliant afternoon driving two super cars , well organized, a little bit of hanging around but good to watch the other cars . Nathan my instructor was absolutely brilliant and got me around the circuit faster than I thought I would go . A must for any super car fans , would definitely do it again in the future

"Smeatharpe - terrible experience"
Booked a Wowcher deal. 4 supercars. Booked, and paid for extras such as flexible cancellation insurance, CDW etc.
The week of the experience the weather forecast was terrible. We called to use the flexible cancellation insurance, only to find it wasn’t at all flexible. Yes we could cancel. No, we wouldn’t be allowed to rebook as the event was going ahead regardless of the weather. We were also told driving on a track in the rain was exactly the same as driving on the UK road in the rain. Well I beg to differ
Experience day came. We turned up. Horizontal driving (pun intended) rain and 50mph winds. Track was flooded. The only shelter was the check-in marquee, a sturdy steel-framed affair which actually started to take off in the wind it was that appalling.
Everyman persevered. Staff were soaked. Customers were soaked. It was very cold. Unpleasant. Car seats were puddles of water. Cars weren’t up to dealing with that level of rain and wind. Wipers weren’t touching the windscreens. Car skirts were catching water and cars were aquaplaning. Some spun off the track due to the standing water. Track was covered in debris. Videographers / photographers had to abandon the day as their equipment was getting ruined.
Everything was delayed. One Ferrari broke down and needed a jump-start from a van. The minibus which was the only way to get to and from the car park was out of action for over an hour as the keys were locked in the vehicle.
I could go on, but I won’t. We’ve tried taking this up with Everyman before posting here. They’re not interested. In our opinion if the Goodwood Festival of Speed had to cancel because of the same weather front, Everyman should have done the same. Yes, we realise money is king, but all the customers there with us on Friday 14th July should have been given the chance to cancel, and re-book. Not be told tough, come or don’t come, it’s up to you but if you don’t come you lose your money.
Update from Everyman (paraphrasing) - you need to wear appropriate clothing (for continual, torrential, horizontal rain and 50mph winds?). It’s unfortunate there were no professional photos on the day.
That was it. Probably the worst customer service I’ve encountered recently. We obviously won’t be booking with them ever again. If you do, beware

"BEWARE - Junior Supercar Driving"
My son attended the Junior Supercar Driving Experience Blast 3 cars + High Speed Passenger Ride event at Elvington.
The experience was terrible, I would urge anyone to think very carefully before attending this event.
They scare you into buying insurance cover (extra £45) initially said no but were hard pressed into paying or it could cost us £5k! Please dont pay it if you are planning to attend.
There were loads of other kids waiting, we waited a long time for his first drive. You can expect to be waiting a long time to complete the whole day, you are in a big big queue!
My lad, who has never driven a car, let alone a supercar, returned to us after 4 short laps in tears after exiting the vehicle, he said he didn't feel safe.
Yes he didn't break down crying in the car - he's a boy and tries not to show his emotion to strangers!
We noted he was given little to no instruction before setting off in the car accompanied by the instructor.
The windows of the car steamed up as he set off, he couldn't see! they were forced to stop it was that bad.
My son was so upset he refused to go in any of the other cars so we had not option but to leave the event after only one drive!
We contacted the event organiser to advise them of the poor experience on the day.
Essentially they were not interested in our version of events & bore no responsibly at all for the terrible experience.
They are not interested in caring for the individual, this is a pack-them in event, do as many kids as possible & sell as much extras as you can.
To summarise this should of been a lovely day but turned out to be an awful day ruined by the event organisation, safety. Well-being of the children should be priority - Not here I'm afraid.
Company doesn't accept any liability, but thankyou for the traumatisation you caused.

"Carver Barracks"
Extremely disappointed with our driving experience at this venue, no safety briefing explaining the track, where the bends are, where to brake etc so first drive was driven blind and my son did not get the best out of driving the Maclaren. There were long delays so a lot of hanging about, lack of communication from organisers. Beware they have to close the track for 30 minutes at lunchtime (because it's an army barracks??) So more hanging around.
Extremely busy with far too many people booked in, a complete money making exercise and an expensive one at that!

Birthday treat something I’ve always wanted to do. The overall experience I enjoyed. If anything, turn the music down a tad because it was different to hear your name been shouted. But best of all the driving instructors were amazing. John W, Steve J and Mike they were all thorough explaining and guiding. Top marks though goes to Steve J. 👍🏻

"Disgusting agressive Selling and bully tactics of Customers even in exceptional Stressful times. Be very wary of dealing with this company"
Fianllly been contacted by Everyman racing racing to agree necessary credit note to be issued to allow me to complete my treatment and then re book without further charges. Grateful an acceptable solution has been sorted. Thanks Sarah
Be very wary of the very aggressive SELLING bullying tactics of this company.
Due to my Cancer treatment Chemo therapy I have had to request to change my booked date with my brother that I am paying for. Everyman trying to charge £30 per person admin fee to change. I am not able to choose another date as I need to complete my Cancer treatment and Everyman are insisting only on an alternate date. This is so stressful and ruining the Bucket list I had arranged in good faith with my brother. Everyman are being as unhelpful as possible and trying to get me to pay on admin fee and then take about additional change Insurance and insisting I choose an alternate date now.I cannot choose a date now due to treatment outcomes and Brothers travel in From Belgium. Outrageous to put a Critical illness cancer patient through this stressful battle. All they need to do is create a credit note and let me re book post Treatment plan and My brother can be in country for the new date. The response is management have said pay up and buy more insurance DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER RELATIONS I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH MONEY GRABBING PEOPLE AND LACK OF ANY COMPASSION FOR A REASONABLE SOLUTIO

"Good experience, pathetic organisation"
I was unfortunately very underwhelmed and dissatisfied with my experience. First of all we arrived early to the experience, around 60 minutes before our start time (10:00), to then be greeted by a huge queue. This then proceeded to take an hour to get through the queue. Then we went to the paddock area already now late to the official time of 10:00 for my first drive (2nd one due at 10:30), where we were then just told to sit and wait while it just seemed like a complete disorganised mess of names being shouted of a piece of paper, cut a long story short my first drive took place at 10:50, nearly an hour after my start time and also missing the estimated start time of the 2nd drive (10:30).
I went to the next area where I needed to sit and wait in now the very heavy rain where there was no form of cover, while we had to wait with a lot of other people who were straining to hear the voice of one of your poor employees shouting at the top of their voice over all the cars and people of a piece of paper which looked like it now resembled a primary school papier-mâché project, and no way anything could be read off it. After being told I was only 3 drivers until it was my slot, I sat and watched way more than 6 or 7 drivers go out in front of me. Finally at 12:15 I was called up for my turn. Baring in mind my 2nd slot was meant to take place at 10:30.
This was incredibly disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth despite the experience itself being good and the drivers in the cars extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But waiting 3 1/4 hours for 6 minutes of driving was absolutely pathetic. I understand times can be dynamic and things may change, but there was absolutely no communication from staff or information available to find out what was going on. I hope there is something you can do to help me with my disappointment, however at this current rate I will not be leaving any positive reviews, recommending to friends and family or in any form of rush to return.
