"Had a brilliant morning at Prestwold"

Had a brilliant morning at Prestwold, Loughborough, this was a birthday present I bought my Husband who shared it with our Son. They chose to do 4 laps each in a Lamborghini, Ferrari and an Aston Martin, then had a passenger ride experience with with a professional. Sam, Suzy, Kev and Scott the instructors were fantastic as were all the other staff involved, the day was very well organised, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Thankyou

Excellent experience with myself and son. This was a birthday present from my wife and Kev,Suzy,Sam and the rest of the team really looked after us. We’ll be booking again.

"Long waits !!"

Great day for the experience but lacking organisation!!

Expect long waits in long queues bigger than Alton Towers - spoiled the day tbh !!

And if you work there you can help queue jump the media sales queue too!!

"Aldershot Circuit, Ripoff"

Unfortunately, both my wife and I were very disappointed with the whole experience.
This was a wedding gift and we were looking forward to it. Having experienced other track venue events, I can say this was the worst I have ever attended. From the start the facilities are not suitable, at registration phase there was so much hard sale, which leaves you full of stress already. Then, the "track", not really a track, is full of potholes, small and inadequate for super cars. Traffic, lots of traffic and slow cars, which is more like stuck in the M25, rather than speed experience. Its a military site, so good enough for what they test there, but not for a great experience you miss selling.
I would not recommend this experience to anybody and will make sure I reach out to as many customers and sites as possible, to make sure that this venue either improve or close down. It is a daylight robbery.

"Such a bad experience! good luck if you book..."

I booked the event for my fiancee as it was his dream to take the cars for a spin. I booked in December and the first available date was In March. Very long wait times. I accidentally got my my dates mixed up and thought it was a sunday not a saturday. When i realised the day that we were booked in for had already gone by. I tried to reschedule the event but all i got was a hard not from the Everyman racing team. £200 gone out of the window , not even a reschedule chance or anything, they charge you so much and treat their customers like crap. I also contacted Virgin Experience days, but they were also not helpful because the voucher was already activated, so that was not helpful at all either. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE! don't book!

"Profit over experience"

Profit over experience. Trying to get more money out with hard sales over the phone when booking. Felt uncomfortable saying no. If it wasn't for Pete , one if the drivers coming to our side we would still be standing in torrential rain. Waited an hour after being told by another driver that he would be taking my son out on the practise lap. The place was heaving and no organisation. Was left standing. Once Pete took over we were seen too and everything went forward to what we paid for. Not the drivers fault just money over matter.

"Beware of extra costs! …"

I purchased an off-roading experience that was supplied by this company. I originally bought the voucher through Buyagift. The cost of the experience was £188 but when I went to book the date of the experience and dealt directly with Everyman I was told that I was liable for any damage with an excess of £5000! I was told that there was an option to reduce this to zero and I would need to pay an additional £60. Firstly this was not disclosed in the vendors website or Everyman’s and the practice of applying a prohibitively high excess to push a customer into spending more money is particularly distasteful. I was told this was because the vehicle are expensive. Maybe if I was going out in a Ferrari, or Lamborghini put a 20-year-old defender!

I did raise how ridiculous itwas that there was a damage liability for an off-road experience when the car spends its life driving through muddy rocky challenging terrain, where is very likely to come into contact with things that will cause varying degrees of damage in normal use, regardless of the way it’s driven.

I would suggest that you should always read the fine print but if the print doesn’t exist you can’t!

Both parties involved deferred responsibility to the other which is so shoddy. You guys work together to deliver the product/service, and apparently according to your website you’re the biggest supplier in the Uk. Just looks bad on both of you when neither of you want to take responsibility.

On the basis of my experience I won’t be using this company in the future and there’s no way I could recommend to others.

There couldn’t come up with plausible reason for the £5k excess and I am in no doubt it’s a good money spinner. Just a shame it’s done at the sacrifice of a good customer experience.

"We have done many full days with this…"

We have done many full days with this company over the years.
Disappointed yet again with the experience over sold on hiked insurance when not required.
Spent most of the day standing around in the cold waiting for some kind of organisation skills .
Most of the vehicles off road were broken not in use and in very poor condition.
Helmets smelt discussing as no hygiene between use.
On previous adventures its been a mixed bag with to much limiting and the implications of cones blocking long track .
Get stuck behind Mrs Daisy on over crowded tracks .
Profit above experience.
No rectification on official complaint.
Very Disappointed as the experiences have declined.

Did 3 Aston Martin rides at Dunsfold in September.

I WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
The cars were in a very poor state:

Clutch problems on the DB5, amongst other issues.

DBS was going rusty. Clearly not looked after.

Vantage had switches and instruments not working. One switch was hanging loose on its wires.

And on top of all that, they managed to loose 3 sets of trackside photos, taken at different times by 2 or maybe 3 different photographers.

"AWFUL EXPERIENCE"

Everyman racing!
I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BY ANY MEANS. My wife very kindly booked my 4 high tier cars with extra laps at the cost of £430.00 for my birthday (wicked). We were advised to come half an hour early but we actually turned up an hour early and was told we may be able to start earlier. We checked and signed in at the Loughborough branch on 14/01/23. I CAN SAY FOR SURE THAT I WILL NEVER USE THIS AWFUL, UNORGANISED, COMPANY AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING (I appreciate the weather can't be controlled) I HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS JUST FOR MY FIRST DRIVE! They had overbooked on the AVENTADOR, GT3 RS and the FERRARI 458 knowing full well they only had one of each car. They had LOADS of HURRICANS, R8 and 360s but the cars everyone wanted they had overbooked on. Helen, who was on the yellow station categorically lied to me and another customer while we both were stood next to each other saying we're both next on the same car which is impossible! Emma on the other hand missed half the people out on her list. You had to queue on each station for your turn and listen out for your name. But you could only hear names being called at the station you were queuing at and wouldn't have a clue if your name was being called at the other stations, making their queuing system flawed. They could have used a megaphone or at least walk towards the other stations so the names could actually be heard. I was shocked at the amount of people that were complaining and talking about how disorganised it all was. Shambolic service and they don’t even offer a refund unless your dead. I appreciate this is in the T&Cs but as a goodwill gesture, they could have done something for us. Furthermore, the main reason my wife chose this company was because of the Nissan skyline R34 which I absolutely love. She recieved an email a few days prior stating that the Skyline is not available on Saturday 14th and we had to call Everyman Racing to either choose another car of the same value or rearrange the whole day which was very inconvenient for both me and my wife due to our work commitments and travelling. My wife called straightaway and was advised by Harry that the Nissan has been fixed and is available for Saturday. My wife then rang again a day before to double check , however was told by another worker that the Nissan R34 is still in mechanics. Shocking. My wife then asked to speak to a manager but was transferred to a customer service agent called Meg, who with confidence, reassured my wife it is available and to ask for her if there are any issues on the day. I also called myself and spoke to Meg who informed me the Nissan will be available. On the day, we found out there was an issue with the Nissan skyline which was VERY disappointing. As a goodwill gesture, we should have been given a refund. We were so tired of waiting, I ended up requesting another car just so I at least got my 4th car but I wasn't happy at all and I don't think it was a high tier car with the same value as the Skyline. I also had a free passenger ride in a BMW M3 on the day, however they were running a BMW 330d and a BMW m135 instead. I was promised an m3 on the telephone! 🤣🤣 How can you even compare a 330d to an m3, they're in different leagues! We were also told that customer safety is a priority yet on the day every single car was lit up like a xmas tree with warning lights. Absolutely shocking. Please use a super car experience that gives you a refund, at least this way, you'll know if they don’t deliver the service you wanted, you’ll get your money back. Do NOT use everyman racing. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM, YOU'LL ONLY REGRET IT. REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! Left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. We didn't even bother waiting for the free passenger ride. Stay away from this company.
