"A failure of customer service"
I booked a driving day with everyman through a buy a gift voucher. It was for a two-person supercar experience. As my son is 13 he was not old enough to do this experience. Neither my wife or myself saw the restriction when booking via buy a gift - which is different from a direct booking. The customer service person I spoke to was totally unsympathetic to this. The solution would be to buy him a junior experience would be around £99. Added to this was paying £65 to avoid a £5000 excess on the car insurance was recommended strongly. During the call I was spoken over and offered no concession or understanding. I decided to cancel and was informed my money was lost as well. All these things are within the legal rights of everyman to do - but ultimately this was a failure of customer service and understanding.
Winston and thanks for your order
"My Son and I attended Aldershot Track"
My Son and I attended Aldershot Track. I had a great Instructor called Jonty who was brilliant in the Audi R8.
We had a great day driving a Porsche, Lambo, GTR and Ferrari between us.
We enjoyed the afternoon which was well organised, can recommend a day on the track.

"Total con & money making scheme!"
I booked a Land Rover Defender Experience at Everyman Racing through Virgin Experience Days and had booked for my experience to begin at 1pm Saturday 1st October 2022. The advertised experience stated it was a 30 minute driving session behind the wheel of a Land Rover Defender, followed by a passenger seat experience in a high-performance saloon car.
The information disclosed to us prior to booking this experience did not clarify additional money will be charged for a weekend date. When booking the experience directly through Everyman Racing's website, hidden charges apply of £25 for a weekend. Had we of known we were to be charged an additional £25 for a weekend date, we would not have purchased the experience to begin with. This was the first misrepresentation and evidence of concealing prices for personal gain.
We arrived at Loughborough Racing Track at 12:30pm on Saturday 1st October ready for our experience to commence at 1pm. When we checked in, we were informed the 'high performance saloon experience' was in no other but a BMW 330D - a standard family saloon car which is not classed as a high performance car. Due to the disappointment of being falsely advertised as a "High Performance Car Experience" we then had to upgrade and pay an extra £25 to receive what was originally advertised and promised, in a proper high performance car. We forcefully upgraded to an Arial Atom 2 lap passenger experience. I am very disappointed that to receive what was originally advertised, I had to pay extra.
We informed the member of staff that this is the wrong experience, we have paid for a Defender, not a Discovery experience, we were told "Well the defender is broken and we only have the 2 discoveries in use". All while being smiled at and the member of staff shrugged his shoulders at us. I asked "how long ago did this happen, as we have travelled from Essex for over 100 miles and booked accommodation for this experience and had we have known prior to setting off, we could have made alternative arrangements". The member of staff replied " the defender broke 30 minutes ago" then shrugged his shoulders a second time, paired with a smug grin. This supposedly happened while we had already checked in, and were waiting on site. During this time, no one had the decency come to inform us that we were waiting for a vehicle that was broken. Instead, the staff there tried to get me to do the Discovery Experience brushing off the broken Defender. I confirmed "I will do the experience if that's all that is working, but I will be making a complaint as this is not what we paid for". Only after mentioning my right to complain, did the staff then ask if I would like to re-schedule the experience for a later date. While on site, there was no sighting of a Land Rover Defender which leads me to believe there is not a Defender available at all and instead you try to dishonestly sell the Discovery Experience as an alternative.
The whole experience was utterly poor, from the quality of the super cars, to the lack-of compassion and dismissive attitude from the staff to correctly informing us of the broken defender and trying to re-book for a later date. This is not an experience I would recommend to anyone, and judging by the numerous poor reviews of Everyman Racing, it seems this is a common practise - To miss-sell and falsely advertise your services for a large personal gain.
Utterly poor experience and it seems to be a con to get money from honest people. The cars are battered and are in such poor condition. Avoid avoid avoid!

"Loughborough rally driving"
I'm sorry to say but we did the 12 lap rally driving experience and all I can say is it felt like I was joyriding in tescos carpark for 6 laps not even the full 12 in a knackered old subaru on a crap gravel surface that was just a oval shape. It was a complete waste of money I would 100% tell anyone I know not to bother. I went with my mate and his son we arrived and all 3 of us were finished in a maximum of 20 mins for £120 each, no way is it value for money. The car itself was a complete wreck covered in dust inside a half knackered harness to put on and what felt like a buckled wheel. I was being told to slow down every time I went into 3rd gear probably in case the wheels fell off ad that's how safe the car felt. So basically I felt kike it was a complete waste of money I'd much rather of gone go-karting would've been longer and more fun. If I was to have a final word of this place it would be AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

"Great fun"
Excellent time driving today. Special mention to Lee Johnson at Dunsfold, guided me round the track and gave extra tips on where to improve. He was excellent

"Another company that doesn't care about its customers!!"
Absolutely awful experience with these people. It's quite clear they're not bothered about how customers enjoy their experience as they get through everyone like a big production line. One of the girls even argued with my husband about why he was there. They asked for feedback about their service, I responded with a very lengthy email and had no response from them. What a surprise!

"Got to drive eventually after the pandemic!"
Attended Elvington on Friday for an experience to drive an Audi R8 V10 plus, Porsch Carrera, Nissan GTR and Ferrari 430.
I had an instructor by the name of Lee Johnson. He was very polite, intuitive and a great sense of humour. I was fortunate enough to have in two of my chosen drives.
Thanks Lee, you made my day!

"A dissapointing conveyor belt of money…"
A dissapointing conveyor belt of money making disorganised rushed example of not what it says on the tin. Couldn't drive the cars as expected, more restrictions than necessary to make the whole experience a waste of money.

"AVOID THESE CON MEN!! Appalling customer service!!!"
Drove 100 miles to York, then queued up for 30 mins, and paid £40 extra insurance before they told us that Drifting had been cancelled. Refused to refund me the £40 as 'head office have to do that'. Made me sign a paper saying that the Drifting experience didn't happen and I was happy for Head office to contact me. They rang, I explained just the cost of fuel and hotel had cost over £200 on top of the £280 for the experience, I couldn't afford to do it again so I asked for a refund. Never heard anything back, had to email and call them a number of times. It took 3 weeks just to get the £40 insurance back even though I'd never sat in the car! And now they are refusing to refund the other £280 I paid because 'I signed a paper saying I wanted to rebook', which wasn't explained like that, signed under false pretences. No apologies, no upgrade offered and no refund. They just want your money, absolute bandits. Avoid like the plague!!
