He cleared the codes and as well as cleaning the DPF filter, actually identified 2 extra problems to be checked and remedied. Thank you Daz...... Well done !!

"Paid £384 but problem remains unresolved"
Based on DPF Fixer’s response, I want to make a few clarifications for anyone considering using their service:
1. Ask about the services included: Make sure to clarify what specific services you are getting if you’re paying £384 or more.
2. Sensor replacement responsibility: If the issue is related to a DPF pressure sensor or any sensor related to the DPF problem, confirm who will handle the replacement. In my case, I paid for the service, but they refused to replace the faulty sensor even I am willing to pay cost of parts. The engineer told me two sensors cost around £80 (I will update the cost when I have a quote from a garage). I had to take my car to another garage to have the sensor replaced and the DPF regenerated. This meant paying diagnostic fees again, along with additional labor and parts costs.
3. Understanding the service offered: If I had known their service was just a clean and flush, I would have gone to Halfords Autocenter instead, where a deep clean and flush costs only £85—saving me both time and disappointment.
4. Request an invoice: Always ask for an invoice after making full payment. So far, they have refused to send me one, and I cannot understand why they are withholding it. (Update: after the complaint and several email, I received the invoice on 4.10pm today)
Finally, I plan to take legal action and bring this company to court after 14 days to claim my money back.

Arrived on time and a really nice guy who knew what he was talking about and took over the job immediately. Tokk one hour 15 mins and all sorted. never knew this service existed but glad I found it, if youn nhave this issue give them a call,

I had my DPF cleaned by these guys which cost me £340 and after just 3 weeks and a trip front Nottingham to northhampton. my DPF light came back on, so with it only being 3 weeks I called them back, and they responded with "we only offer a 2 week warranty" which I thought was very convenient (for them) so basically I'm in the same position I was before I called these muppets.

We have a landrover discovery sport, diesel. We hadn’t been able to give it a long journey and so it was not happy with the exhaust filter. On one journey I got the first warning saying the exhaust filter was nearly full and within two mins the full alert showed and the car started slowing and half working. Of course this happened just before Christmas and we were needing to finally give it a good run of 300 miles in a weeks time.
I was so apprehensive about getting the car flushed through as I have no real idea about how cars work and someone had said I would probably need to replace the catalytic converter which would cost way more than we could afford before Christmas. They also said if I tried this flushing I would probably ruin the car. So I was very nervous but the company had such great reviews and on the forums I had read it was seeming like a good idea and worth trying before succumbing to booking in at a garage and denting the credit card substantially.
I am sooooooooooo pleased I did! From start to finish DPF made me feel much more confident and the whole process was swift and smooth. From speaking to a man on the phone and booking in for the next day, payment was taken easily. Booking an appointment was super simple. Very happy.
Then the next day Andre came to fix the car. He was prompt. I received a message beforehand to say he would arrive. Admittedly I was actually asleep and missed that but thankfully Andre rang when he got to the front of the house and so I got out there handed over the key and he got straight to it. It was fixed within no time. And then our car was back to health and we would be able to drive off for Christmas.
Andre made us aware that it would smell funky in its first ride out until it removed any excess. It did that and has been running perfectly ever since.
I definitely recommend DPF and the service they provide.

UPDATE: DPF light has come back on no less than 3 weeks later as some of the reviews have also stated, I am now VERY sceptical of this company considering the engineer advised this exact thing would happen should I not change the temperature gage on the van, the van didn’t move after my clean until this had been done, we are now 3 weeks down the line and I am £400 out of pocket in the exact same position as I was, and conveniently the warranty was only 14 days, I believe after reading the other bad reviews that this company is a scam.
Great service, I had rang around a lot of garages prior to booking with DPF fixers and no one had availability for at least 10 days. I put in request with DPF fixers for a quote and within 12hrs Matt called to further discuss my issues and by my surprise managed to book me in the very next day.
On the day of the appointment Daz called me roughly around 9:30am to let me know he’d be with me by 10:30am, I unfortunately had to leave to go to work but I told Daz my housemate would be home to give him access to the Van and to just give her a minute to answer the door as she is disabled and we have 3 dogs so it may take her a minute, he said that was absolutely fine.
My housemate said Daz was very friendly and knowledgeable, he called me to go through everything and highlighted the root of my issues to be something I had been telling my own garage about for months without being taken seriously, which as a result has cost me a hell of a lot of money. Daz advised my housemate that I could buy the part and fit it myself rather than take the vehicle into the garage as it’s a relatively simple fix, thus saving me money in the long run.
The price was slightly higher than I had anticipated, however, due to the service I received I’m glad I didn’t wait around for the garage to save myself the money, because I hand on heart don’t believe the issue would have been resolved, so it was worth every penny.
Thank you to Matt for making the booking process so easy, and Daz for your help, I genuinely appreciate it.
