"Great Service"

Phoned DPF-fixer Thursday morning after the Exhaust Filter full warning came on Wed night and I needed the car for the next to visit my son (and play golf). Gareth turned up at my house approximately 3 hours later and clearly new his stuff. He diagnosed a Nox Sensor fault which may have caused the DPF filter to not regenerate. He offered to postpone the clean until after the sensor was replaced but as I needed the car the next day I told him to go ahead and clean it. Nox sensor now replaced and all good, shame the golf did not go as well!! Great service.

"Be sure it is a DPF fault before you book the service"

Customers need to be sure that you actually need a DPF clean before book the service.

My car did show a generic DPF error code
So I called and booked for the service and was charged £150 booking fee to have engineer come do diagnosis and then carry out a DPF clean.

Diagnostic showed that it was not a DPF issue rather an EGR and EGR cooler valve fault.

I thought the booking fee was a bit high for just diagnostics.

"Waste of money!"

Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money! it won’t help! Awful aftercare, they won’t answer your call and won’t reply to your mails! Engine management light came back on after driving about 1k, took it to a garage for diagnostic, same fault code and exactly the same issue before cleaning, all they can advise is having it inspected by a garage to identify any underlying problems. There’s no underlying problem you so called experts! so don’t waste your time and money!

I had a visit from Liam F who helped me get out of a tight spot. My van went into limp mode, and I use it for work so was desperate to get it back on the road as soon as possible. Amazingly when I called I got a next day appointment and although it was booked as all day, Liam got to mine first thing in the morning and got straight to work. He was polite, friendly, professional and a credit to your team. He explained the process and all of the tests in detail after the work was carried out. While the cost for this service was high, it was well worth it, for the speed and efficiency of the process and the high standard of customer service I received from Liam.

Igor the mechanic, was extremely polite & explained everything that was asked of him. He was a thoroughly professional man. On the 2nd visit his computer indicated a different fault as the engine light reappeared, & I'm still
trying to get that fixed. Once the reception answered the phone, they were very helpful, so all in all I would recommend the company.

Had DPF cleaned 10 weeks ago! yes 10 weeks!! and car back in limp mode. Followed all the advice and no responsibility taken. Utter waste of money and plenty of other I'm sure much more effective providers to chose from.

Book my car in on Friday, Zac came out to me at 10-30 Monday morning, did full diagnostic investigation and clean. We then took car out on a road test whist it rebooted and set itself. Zac very helpful and gave me some good advice. 100% satisfied, brilliant service and would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone.
