"Excellent Service"

I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was given clear timings via a call before the engineer arrived. After the diagnostics showed the extent of the issue Liam (the engineer) was able to completely clear out the soot from the DPF in around an hour.

Do not trust their reply’s to dissatisfied customers, they know exactly what happened to my car and responded like they care, it’s a copy and paste exercise , I have copied their reply to my review below, however I wasn’t able to respond to their reply so I have posted this…

Absolute joke, I have been in contact with them on numerous occasions and they weren’t interested. I will be taking them to court. They also refused to come back out, they do not keep to the 28 days like they stated. Do not use them !

Had a DPF clean completed by Daz today. He was very professional and very polite. He was able to explain everything he was doing in an easily relatable way and made it simple for me to understand. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks.

"When my soot filter warning light came…"

When my soot filter warning light came on I called DPF Fixer.
They fitted me in within 3 days.
The tech said I had a seal on the turbo hose split.
He carried out the DPF clean and all seemed good. The next day I change the turbo hose. Yep days later the soot filter light came back on.
Tech came back one week later re cleaned the DPF. All is fine now.
No extra charge very good service. Thanks

"A little disappointed with the outcome"

A little disappointed with the outcome. Firstly, the guy who attended was very helpful and professional. However, the initial clean was done then one week later the DPF warning light came on. I contacted DPF fixer who were very helpful and another visit was arranged. Again the guy who attended was very helpful and did various checks and cleaning. He identified the problem was in the exhaust line and I needed to take the car into a garage to get it cleaned. So after paying £400 to get the DPF cleaned, I am left with the same problem. The car is now with a local garage.

Have had to spend another £500 pounds to rectify other problems they caused and vehicle still not right recomend you go to a proper registered garage who have the proper equipment and they are cheaper wish i had gone

So happy! Andras and his co worker came to clean the dpf on my van and I'm so so impressed! The van is running better than ever before! The guys were so friendly, knowledgeable and overall fantastic! From the phone call with Alex booking in the appointment to the work being carried out on the van.. was all so amazing! I will definitely be recommending DPF fixer!

I have already done a review but am so pleased with the work daz did on my van after 5 visits and a cost of £3000 daz came and told me in two minutes what was causing my dpf not to regenerate fitted the two sensors myself he did a dpf clean and the van has run perfectly since after a year of off and on problems daz is a genius he really is a huge asset to DPF fixers and I hope they realise that , god like repair of my van I would not hesitate to recommend or to use him again , I was really at the end of my tether with the inability for a Vauxhall dealer to find the problem let alone did it and daz did it in one visit he is a genius in my book .
