If the fact onward never listen to customers, or respect there disabilities, they let contractors treat residents the same way as a wheelchair user I have had my lights go on me three times they come out twice and bodge it up and go on me , and after waiting over a week for the third useless attempt they cancel two minutes after sending a text saying an operative will be there shortly and then send an appointment for a weeks time … I’ve had no lights for a month onward it’s amazing that the contractor you hire ( axis) are bigger cowboys than yourselves if that at all possible, and to top it off NO ONE ever apologises from axis or onward , am pretty sure they read these reviews and have a good laugh about it

Hello, had a visit by Onward Engigneers Michael and Keith regarding my lack of underfloor heating . Thay looked and found where the problem was the first out of 7 visits by other Engineers !!
I am so very pleased with the work, but also there custom care,well done and thank you so much Michael & Kieth.these two men are indeed a asset to the company i hope this reflects in there pay scale

Phil’s communication was second to none, he kept us updated at every stage and any issues that came up he resolved without hesitation. We had previously lost all confidence in Onward until our experience with Phil, there are not enough words to explain how much we appreciate all his time and effort. I have recently transferred from one onward property to another, the service from my Housing Officer Kelly has been outstanding, she took away all the stress involved in moving property and has been consistently with me through out. My quality of life has improved immensely since moving I'm impressed with the quality of the property. When repairs have been needed I have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I would give onward 10/10 and I would recommend them as a housing provider.
