Absolutely shocking my grandma who is 70 next year has been waiting 2 years for her loft to be done water is coming through the loft and making the loft floor all wet this is not on for an elderly woman in the winter she is stressed out and it is making her ill and unwell she has also been waiting for her door to be fixed the glass in the back door is all smashed and there is a wooden panel over the door and they came round with the wrong door size to fix it and that was 6 months ago they have not been since.i am only 16 and yet i am writing this because i am scared for her health

So i phoned to complain that all the communal lights are out and its unsafe. I told the person that I had fallen last night when taking my dog out as it was pitch black , this was at 8pm, they cannot attend for 3 weeks , when i said its a health and safety issue, the answer I got was can you not take your dog out earlier. So are we not supposed to have a duty of care from our landlord? quick enough to put service charge up by 50% every year! appalling service.

Had a onward plumber come out for my toilet, thought he was here to sort my sink out, told him the toilet flush valve needed replacing as it was the same problem as last time. He went to take bath panel off clearly didn't know what he was doing.
So I told him it would be best that he left & I ask for a different plumber.
Next thing I'm getting a call from onwards homes saying the plumber told them I was agresive and a swore at him.
That was a absolutely lie.
Now I'm getting told I have too flush the toilet manually even though I have a bowel issue.

"Sat shaking in my seat about this"
I have been trying to get a repair sorted for roof leaks for about 5 years now. Each time someone comes out , but nobody knows how to access the roof as it has antennae on it. We have not got past this. My bathroom and bedroom both have filthy brown stains and bubbles in the ceiling and need a full paint job and repairs, but I've not done this until the leaks are fixed.
A leak in the building was ignored, to the point that the generator room got flooded, and the entire property evacuated. Since then there has been ongoing works, but my repair has not received any updates. If I ring, the homeowner team is unreachable and messages are passed on.
With no exaggeration, I have made 170 phone calls about my property over the last year and we are nowhere close to resolution of my problem.

"Onward housing - avoid! "
An Onward van hit my parked car a week ago. I sent Onward the details including pictures of the damage on the same day via their WhatsApp and email channels, and followed up with phone calls to their supposed customer services team. Having had no response I resorted to also copying in the chief exec, Bronwen Rapley, for two days now and still no response! Truly shocking corporate behaviour from a supposed social housing agency provider. Appalling.
