Amazing service from Georgia & Peter cleaning out flats bock this morning that has been covered in. Blood splatter & cig buds they made it smell so super fresh & refreshing 10/10 to their work ethic works a charm as are they 😁

"They Ignore vulnerable people"

I have been a tenant of onward social housing for almost 5 years.My experience has been that they just completely ignore any issues including noise and antisocial behaviour concerns, they do not even have the common courtesy of acknowledging you. It doe not matter how often you complain they simply ignore and dismiss any complaints and concerns, you are left feeling even worse than when you attempt to use their "helpline". They spend lots of money on glossy leaflets PRETENDING to be a caring social landlord and sent online forms to pensioners who do not have internet. They also sent threatening letters claiming that you are ignoring important safety checks and preventing entry when they simply don't even turn up anyway. Also charge too high rent for small flats. they have disdain for the tenant.m.o

"Recently we have had key locks…"

Recently we have had key locks installed but the bells to the flats have now stopped working because of bad workmanship, however Onward do not consider it urgent rectify.The property is Butterworth Way Greenfield. I am 84, live in a first floor apartment and have no means of knowing if anyone wants to see me. I have my medicines and groceries delivered. If the matter isn’t rectified urgently then I will have to take further action

"This is the worst housing association…"

This is the worst housing association going, I am a previous tenant of 10 years with onward homes, and I can honestly say for a social housing group the managment is a disgrace. I moved out of their property 4 months ago and this company continues to steal my money. Taking service charges out of my bank account, when I call to complain and get my money refunded I was told I had an overpayment on my account some of which come from Uc and some from myself. It’s now been over a week and I have called to complain yet again to be told, that infact it’s down to Uc to declare if it’s an overpayment, which they can clearly see it isn’t as I paid them what Uc would have in order to move as anyone knows Uc pays in arrears. Nevertheless the services charges money they have been taking from my account is my wages, but it’s down to Uc to decide if I can have it back. Onward homes are robbing vunerable people and would have continued to take money from my account if I had not realised and called them to cancel the direct debt as I couldn’t do it on my side. As single mother of a child with additional needs and I also suffer with severe mental health myself, this company is An absolute disgrace and glad I am no longer a tenant of theirs. But still enduring the consequences of being a previous tenant.

As a leaseholder at Arch View Crescent in Liverpool my experience with Onward has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. The sudden imposition of a £12,000 bill per every resident in the block for lift replacements, following a service charge increase from £199 to almost £270 per month, has been financially crippling. Onward's lack of transparency and unresponsiveness to our concerns only exacerbates the situation. Despite sending numerous emails raising these issues, I have never received a reply. Additionally, unresolved problems like poor car park security and persistent rat infestations have made living conditions unbearable. It’s disheartening to feel trapped in a property due to Onward’s mismanagement and disregard for residents’ well-being.

I am now close to submitting the case to the tribunal.

"Once again Onward/Contour homes are the…"

Once again Onward/Contour homes are the worse ever management company that exists . Private Carpark used by anyone but not the actual residents .. and still after 22 yrs and numerous housing experts ( never ) they still don’t do anything . Bin area are falling apart rats foxes and cats forever in the actual bins because people are Flytipping what do Onward do -nothing . £1600 a year they charge only had windows cleaned 3 times in a year . Grids are full of mud so floods often happen . Dog shit everywhere -the owners have been identified but still doing it , after latest onward specialist said she had wrote to them but couldn’t divulge that information . Just tells me nothings been done . Flytippers and anyone local fills our bins .. they say we have only reported one incident . I have numerous picture over the years showing otherwise … my second bad review ( got a phone call after first one saying my previous complaint had been re-escalated .. 3 months on from that nothing … avoid Onward/contour homes like the plague .. ps . Have over £150 thousand in the sinking fund and don’t spend a penny . MP will be next after my ombudsman result .. hope Onward/contour pull their finger out … doubt it

"If there was no star it would of been…"

If there was no star it would of been that !! I've lived in my property for 25 years , since onward took over it has been shocking , I had rats last year in my property it took months for it to get sorted !! Now I'm living with a shutter as the access to the back of my property for 25 years it's had numerous oiling, new handles and it still doesn't lift up now !! I have to drive 2 the tip every 2 days because I have no wheelie bin because it got pinched because I was unable to bring it in cz of the shutter not opening! Yet the housing officer had the ordasity to knock on my door as 3 bin bags were at my front door waiting to be taken to the tip ! I told him the reason y they were there he said he will sort it , he avoids my calls all the time and does not reply to me , going back to the shutter the surveyor came out and said I need a new shutter or a gate as it is a fire hazard !!!! Still nothing and that was 4 months ago , I get fobbed off every time I ring up !
