I shouldn't have to come home from work to the flats smelling of weed that's comes in my flat and bloody stinks, what have Onward done, sent a letter out, I shouldn't have to live like this it's a bloody joke.

Giving one star not because of the customer service she was wonderful but for GDPR they are breaking it’s a breech of security, I made a payment today and the recap she included saying my bank details aloud over the phone in an office full of staff anyone could of heard her and written my bank details down to say I was mortified is an understatement working customer service myself and working with peoples sensitive details this would never happen never ever would we repeat customers bank details over the phone , I did ask the advisor if she was aware of this and she stated no but would take it to her manager as I stated this is a massive breech in security and I advise this shambles of a company to get bk into the training room asap 😡😡😡😡😡

This company called Onward are dreadfull not had the grass cut since October 2023 and still waiting now it is now 3ft tall they are suposed to inspect on regular interval throughout the year they don't come round at all we have an owners manager who never calls although we pay her wages we pay a service
charge on this sheltered site of 40 bungalows
Progress housing are across the Rd and they make this company Onward look stupid

The whole process of getting our new bungalow was made easy with very good communication from onward homes the bungalow had been done up to a high standard on moving in yes we had a couple of small repairs to report but they were put right very punctually Kelly who signed us up for the property was was lovely and very informative and professional. So far I have found onward homes to be a very creditable housing association we are looking forward to many happy years in our new home .

Onwards home I keep stressing to them that repairs i can not take time off work and to arrange for Friday afternoons this is constantly ignored I had a leak from the boiler recently I phoned it in they sent their guys kieth and Charlie who fixed the leak but it needed a further part so it was an open repair only to get an email to say they are coming to do a gas service check I phoned to say how can they do a service if the boiler isn't fully fixed so took an hour and a half on the phone to rearrange kieth and Charlie came today to fix said boiler ( brilliant guys) and off they went they got 2 mins down the road to only get sent back to do the gas service check this is poor planning on onwards homes twice on the phone to report other issues I've had to repair things myself in the past like the shoddy pipe work under the bath that leaked everywhere because it wasn't deemed a priority I'm no plumber but a trip to screwfix and the problem was sorted they put up my rent expect tenants to keep the houses in order I keep my side of the bargain but can't get the help needed from onward at my inconvenience I work full time I pay my rent in fact I'm ahead don't know what more I can do customer services don't seem to communicate with each other

After numerous visits Keith and Charlie turned up and within 5 minutes and 1 cup of coffee the boiler was working perfectly fine. These two are a credit to Onward. Well done guys!
