"Excellent service from Glenmore"

We had a really great experience at the Bathgate showroom where my elderly mother was able to try a range of rise/recliner chairs suitable for her height. They also arranged for her to have a loan of an adjustable bed whilst waiting for the one she had ordered. Michael was patient and very understanding of the needs of an older person who becomes easily tired when having to make big decisions! New chair and bed were delivered 48 hours later and the whole process was fabulous. Thank you to the whole team at Glenmore Mobility.

My father needed a rise & recline chair but couldn’t go into the shop ? Tony asked about his height weight etc he was a similar build so we picked a couple of chairs for my father to try at home , shop staff Michael & Tony very helpful and welcoming .
James & Murray delivered chairs today my dad picked one everything explained and demonstrated , old furniture removed highly recommend this company

After having had unhelpful experiences elsewhere, we went to Glenmore Mobility for a wheelchair for my husband who is in a care home. We received excellent thoughtful advice and service. We were shown a range of appropriate wheelchairs and were able to get one adjusted and taken out on approval. It was fine and so we completed the purchase. The whole process was excellent and easy. I have never seen a company like this before that is meant to be for disabled! I contacted this company via email to enquire about hiring a scooter.
I got a response from someone called Keith who asked further questions which i answered and sent to him the next day. I gave a few days and got no response so sent another response in case the email had not reached him, still no response. If this is how they treat a prospective disabled customer then i am glad i went elsewhere and did not get lumbered with this man. I only looked them up after a tv advert but think i will send a copy of all the negative reviews on here to the tv studios!
