"Excellent service from purchase to delivery"

We received a very friendly welcome from Michael who dealt with us from start to finish. We required help in purchasing a chair for my elderly mum, they were so knowledgeable and professional and gave us lots of advice but they also listened to my mum to get her the right chair so we tried a few before deciding on the right one. There was a wide selection of models and colours available to try plus plenty of stock behind the scenes.
Ordering was easy and the follow up for the delivery was excellent. Glenmore called us before delivery to give us some notice. Delivery was seamless with two really helpful drivers who not only arrived bang on time but removed the old chair and installed the new one. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and also gave us a useful demonstration to give my mum confidence to go it alone.

Michael was extremely helpful in recommending a scooter to use while sightseeing. The scooter was ready for me upon arrival at the store, was in excellent condition, and Michael was very thorough in instructing me how to use it. Glenmore Mobility and Michael were a pleasure to work with.

I can't thank Michael at Glenmore Mobility enough. At a very stressful time, when my dad took really ill he was so kind. The whole team at Glenmore made me feel welcome and offered me help with every step. I was able to take the products home to check with my dad before paying and I forgot to pay. They were not at all cross when I phoned the next day to pay! They have offered to deliver anything to my parents if I can't manage. What a lovely knowledgeable and kind group of people. I will always go to them and recommend them to everyone
