"Ordered a three seater and two seater…"

Ordered a three seater and two seater March got them on June after 6 weeks 3 seater cushions sinking eventually they changed cushions 6 weeks later same again sinking cushions back they came took 3 seater away on dec got it back told them to keep it pick up two seater I said not very comfortable arms no padding and would not accept it they could not sell it in shop told me to sell it on gum tree I am not happy hate the couches would never deal with them again cost a good bit of money and would never recommend them to anyone 😡😡

Glenmore Mobility Dalry Road, Edinburgh. I recently visited Glenmore Mobility to explore lighter wheelchair and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding. Tony let me trial a lighter chair at home with mum, to see if it was useful for her. All worked well so we purchased the wheelchair after a quick call where another staff member Michael helped with useful advice/ support. A great service, great staff and I will be using Glenmore Mobility in the future. Thank you Tony and Michael. Dawn

"To cut a long story short.Payed £3500 …"

To cut a long story short.Payed £3500 for a rise & recliner bed with firm mattress.Delayed delivery bed arrived parts missing and took almost 8 weeks for part to arrive. During that time slept on couch and sons bed. Finally sent out a single rise& recliner bed as part was delayed even longer. Been fighting for over 8 months too have bed removed as wrong information in regards to buying this bed was given. 'Michael' sweetness and light while I was giving him the chance to solve the problem regarding matress after several attempts with toppers and mattresses on top of mattress solutions even to the extent of offering a step which too someone with mobility issues is a red flag. I was then Michael's attitude changed from being helpful to ignorant and non communicative avoiding my phone calls and on the odd occasion abrupt on the telephone. I am now left with a bed that I cannot use and also £3500 out of pocket. This company in all honesty is got the wrong name instead of care mobility it should be don't care mobility. Avoid this company at all coast and please do not part with any money for deposits under any circumstances. Also I tried to email the owner `Keith' with no response which I thought was rude. Yet another careless mobility. Was going to buy 3 piece sweet with recliner chairs and also my mobility scooter from their thank heavens I found out how poorly their aftercare service was and I saved myself the hassle and gone else where for these items. Got a reply from Glenmore ability as you can see. Considering that I drew attention to the mattress situation when we first got the bed and them organising a replacement bed while we waited from the part missing from my original bed it was NOT the next day, it was about 2 to 3 weeks before they agreed on the temporary bed. So it's with great pleasure that I update this review to correct the selective memory from Glenmore mobility. And if they are now offering yet another solution regarding the mattress they have changed their tune as Michael basically told me there was no other mattress suitable for me. Yet another arrogant display on the part of Michael!!!!!

Michael was fantastic with us and helping us chose the correct purchases for our service user, we spent a few quid and in the end we ended up with a fabulous wheel chair which initially was beneficial to our lady but at no further cost , we saved a lot of money . Murray and the delivery guys were so helpful and informative, what a fantastic service boys and we thank you from voyage team

Bought 4 beds from Glenemore at Bathgate and were given a great impression only to find that it was just a front as the after sales customer service is deplorable from Jennifer the manager.
They take your money a could not care less after.
Please think carefully before dealing with this company especially should there be a problem after you have purchased.
Deplorable after sales service and would recommend you do not take anything said at face value.

Delighted with service received this week at Glenmore Mobility from whom I bought a tremendous scooter three years ago. I had a puncture and took it back to the shop where Michael could not have been more helpful and friendly. Long story short, the scooter was sent to their workshop where the flat tyre was fixed, they undertook a service of the whole scooter and replaced the batteries, only charging for the new batteries! I was thrilled! James at the workshop would only proceed with repairs once I had agreed to this work and the scooter was back in the shop and ready for uplift within 2 days! Excellent service. Michael and Tony were uber helpful when I collected it and and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!
