Muy buena experiencia de compra, he comprado varias veces, muy buena calidad y concepto de marca. Me llegó una tarjeta tan bonita de una quilla de una tabla que la he puesto en un marco. Las tallas son algo pequeñas, me gustaría que fueran más amplias porque me gusta mucho la ropa oversize.

Update: TwoThirds hat mir die Versandkosten nachträglich zurückerstattet. Das ist guter Kundenservice!

Schneller Versand und das Produkt wirkt hochwertig. Leider ist der Schnitt des Produkts abweichend zur Angabe "Regular Fit" ein Slim Fit. Das weicht auch von den Bildern auf der Website ab. Sehr Schade!

Die Rückgabe ist allerdings eine Frechheit. Von 40,00€ bezahlt, erhalte ich aufgrund Hin- und Rückversandkosten 31,00€ zurück und das auch erst nach 15 Tagen Wartezeit. Das ist bei heutigen Onlinekäufen schlicht eine Frechheit.

Die Versandkosten werden auf dem Umwelt-Aspekt geschoben, warum kostet dann eine Rückgabe Versandkosten und ein Umtausch nicht? Klingt für mich eher nach Greenwashing.

Ich werde hier nicht mehr kaufen. Wenn die Produkte nicht wie angegeben und abgebildet sind und sich dann an Rücksendungen bereichert wird, dann kaufe ich lieber bei Unternehmen wie Fuxbau oder Hessnatur.
