My recent journey for Umrah commenced with the responsibility of organizing the pilgrimage for a group of 12 family members falling upon me. Regrettably, due to the inability of the family to reach a unanimous decision on the travel date, I had to relinquish the task. Despite this setback, Mohammed, the individual assisting us, displayed unwavering patience, maintaining his professionalism and providing us with valuable support.

A few weeks later, as our group size had diminished, my wife and I collaborated with Fahad for our Umrah arrangements. Fahad exerted exceptional effort to cater to our needs and design a personalized Umrah experience for the five of us. He went above and beyond to assist us in planning our journey, securing the finest accommodations in both Mecca and Madina, and even enhancing our transportation arrangements. However, during the complementary tours of the historical sites, we encountered occasional language barriers with the drivers who were unable to communicate in English, necessitating our reliance on online searches and translations. Nonetheless, Fahad maintained constant communication with us throughout our Umrah, ensuring that our trip was truly remarkable.

The Hotels that we were in was very near Masjid e Nabawi and Masjid e Haram which was very flexible for us to go anytime. we had no problem there and it was a great experience on the trip and working with him.

This was for the first time for me and my wife to go for performing Umrah. This travel and lodging were arranged by Mr. Fahad of Umrah International. As I have never had any experience other than listening the friends and others, it was an amazing experience for us. Brother Fahad did a great job for us. I couldn't even expect up to that level. Mash Allah it was so pleasant and comfortable trip, we had not at all any problem in both Makkah and Madinah. I appreciate brother Fahad for his services. I have two suggestions for more improving your services: (1) keeping always aware the clients about the status of the trip. It may be done by an auto messaging system, and (2) always having a direct contact with the driver who is going to be the one to give ride the clients to different places.

The experience was great. My family and I had 5 star hotels in both Mecca and Medina. We were provided food during Ramadan, which was good. Fahad Ali cut our ticket and made the process easier. During our stay, Noman helped us and everything went smoothly. Everything was great!
