"Bad Service"

I recently booked an Umrah package with Umrah International and my experience was profoundly disappointing. From start to finish, the service was far below expectations and caused significant stress during what was supposed to be a spiritual journey.
The staff was unresponsive and lacked the necessary knowledge to handle our inquiries. Communication was poor
Overall, Umrah International displayed a lack of professionalism, organization and respect for their clients. I would not recommend their services to anyone considering an Umrah trip. They turned what should have been a spiritually uplifting experience into a logistical nightmare.

Our Umrah experience with Umrah International was memorable and wonderful. Our travel agent Dua made everything easy from airline tickets, visas, and hotel bookings. She arranged transportation to and from our hotel to the airport. Fahad was excellent in answering our questions at every step of planning our trip. We plan to use Umrah International for our group trip next year In Shaa Allah.

Asalam brothers and sisters I wanna say few words about my umrah international, it was amusing from the beginning brother Abdul Qadir was very friendly and professional when above and beyond to assist me with my itinerary and stay in Mecca and Madinah the air fare was very good with Emarates airlines ones we got to Jeddah the transportation and tge guy was waiting on us and tge hotel walking distance from the Kaaba all the zyarat transportation were on time and in Madinah was the same thing all the staff of umrah international were very good and friendly I’ll recommend them to anyone and I will use them again inshaallah and say to all of them
