I bought Umrah package from Umrah International . Dua Naeem from Umrah international helped me picked right package for me . I called Dua Naeem many times to get information about my package and she always provided be good customer service. when I traveled to Saudi Arabia everything was good from transportation to accommodations even called Dua from Makkah if I needed any information regarding hotel or Ziyarats to Makkah and Madina . I am planning to get Umrah package next year again I will call Dua Naeem to help me pick right Umrah package for me next year. I also recommend my friends and family members to get haj and Umrah package from Umrah international . My sister also called Dua Naeem to get her Umrah package and she was very happy with services she received from Umrah international specially Due Naeem .

SubhanAllah, Umrah International was amazing! They were there every step of the way to provide me with information that I needed to feel comfortable and confident before travel. Dua was my agent and she made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Once I arrived in Medina they were there on arrival to take to to my hotel and ensure check in was smooth. The excursions in Mecca and Medina were beautiful and made me feel more connected to our beloved Prophet ‎ﷺ. Our 5 star accommodations at clock towers Swissotel Mecca made going to the Kaaba anytime very convenient. Thank you so much for making this experience beautiful for my mom, mentor and I! "Overall good service. Better to join a group"

This was my first time using Umrah International for my Umrah trip. Brother Kaleem provided exceptional service and detail with booking the hotel and transportation during my stay in Makkah and Medinah. He thoroughly explained the process with the air travel visa and other requirements. The communication was excellent. I will say I was a bit disappointed with the ziyarat as my tour guide was very short in Makkah. There was a bit of language barrier so the interactions in English were small. No blame on the drivers as this was a solo trip and I was able to manage. I recommend going with a group if you are not fluent in Arabic or Urdu. Also I would like to note that the hotels were very close (walking distance- 10 mins) to Masjid Al-Haram and Masjid An-Nabawi. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Allahumma Barik

It was our first time working with Umrah International. We were pretty skeptical in the beginning but Abdul Qadir who was our agent made every step easy and the experience was exceptional as well. He stayed in contact with us through out our journey. No matter what time we called him Abdul answered our calls. From booking tickets to hotel reservations to visit all ziyarat every step was exceptional. Abdul made the whole experience a 10 star experience.
