We had a very good experience traveling to our first Umrah with Umrah International. Brother Fahad Ali was in charge of our trip and we were in touch with him throughout the process. We were a family of 7 including my disabled elderly parents and kids with a toddler so I was very nervous regarding the hotels, transportation, food and everything. But Alhamdullilah everything was great and exactly how it was planned with brother Fahad. My parents and all of us had a wonderful experience in our first Umrah. Tip for next travelers: if you’re looking for a luxury hotel and food, then go for Hilton Convention. And if you already know how to perform Umrah, then you don’t need an Umrah Guide :)

I didn't regret every bit of the time well spent in Madina to Makkah. The hotels were all top notch and closer to the two holy masjid. Thank you. I went to umrah last week with my family through umrah international . Mr. Fahad assisted us throughout the whole process. Alhamdullilah we had a very good experience with him . The hotels in both Makkah and madinah were very close to haram and masjid-e- nabwi.Transportation was very good .whenever I had some questions Mr. Fahad replied promptly.I highly recommend Mr. Fahad and Umrah international for umrah .

I trusted this company without meeting them face to face. Because the communication was straight forward. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. As of the trip it self all went wonderfully according to plan. No surprises. I was very pleased. And the price was very affordable compared to other companies that I have contacted before. The hotels both in Medinah and Mecca were excellent. The team helped throughout the journey. Not to mention the ground transportation was also great.
The only thing that needed to be improve is to inform people at leat 4 or 6 weeks before the trip to register on Nusuk so that they can make a reservation for Rawda visit. It was a struggle trying to do it last minute. Alhamudu Lihah I was able to do it last minute. And also if you can provide a written booklet to guide first timers how to perform umrah that will be a plus, lastly something for the group so we can identify each other easily in a big crowd will help. Trying to get all the information few day before was overwhelming.Overall I was very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. There is no doubt I will recommend uhmra international to family and friends.

It's an excellent experience and I already referred him to my friends who are now going in Feb. Excellent price and Fahad bhai took care of everything so well. We were highly satisfied. Me and my wife were part of umrah group from 22nd nov till 30th nov and my experiece with umrah international was nothing less than excellence in every aspect. Brother Fahad was extremely helpful right from beginning and all the way till last day. The whole team of umrah international was always willing to help the members. Brother Shaikh Adil was very knowledgeable about islamic history and clearly articulated the details during sight seeing tours. I am going to recommend umrah international for my friends planning umrah inshallah. When i started planning for umrah, i had some apprehension if i should book everything myself or use some travel agency specializing in Umrah. we got an EXCELLENT accommodations at both places Makkah and Madinah (I don't think any individuals can book these hotels at this price ANY season during the year..)

I would rate 6 out of 6, if we hadn't had communication issues (language, basically ride to and from the airport had difficult conveying in English if you know Urdu/Hindi you should all be fine)
