Dua .also I would like to thank people in the ground there in mecca and madina especially Mr. Mirahj Haider super organise and coordinating everthing for us hotel taxi , historical site tour . and special thanks also to my son and brother (Mohamed Ismael Hafiz )our umrah guided he did phenomenal job, there is no words to thank both gentlemen enough for all their hard work provided to our sep 16 umrah group. Jazakum allah al jana .

"Parents Umrah"

I cannot even begin to describe how much my parents had a great Umrah. Mashallah!!! Umrah international did an awesome job LITERALLY booking everything so perfectly. Specifically Sister Dua is absolutely amazing. She was so responsive with every question we had through out the Umrah journey. Hotels were so so nice and clean. Driver showed up on time. Food was delicious. Alhamdulilah. And top of it sr. Dua is the sweetest seriously mashallah!!! Jazakum allah kheir

It was my first experience with Umrah International and it was such a great experience with them. I travelled with my entire family and they made our journey to the Holiest Places on earth so great. Everything was so organized. Our accommodation was just on walking distance from both Holy Places. I really appreciate to Mr. Abdul Qadir who made our Holy journey so special provided us a great package along with his great customer services. Even though we didn’t have any kind of issues over there but still he was in touch with us all the time during our journey. Definitely I strongly recommend Umrah International to everyone.

We stayed at Voco hotel in mecca and they have great transportation shuttle arrangement. We had an enjoyable trip and no issue at all. We really enjoyed our trip to Mecca and Medina . This trip was for me and my wife for Umrah and Dua Naeem was very helpful in organizing everything. We also spent time in Dubai,Qatar and Istanbul Turkey . It was a great experience. We highly recommend to anyone who is plaining to go for Umrah or Hajj can contact Dua. "Worst experience"

Worst experience. Never use service of these travel agencies. Manage ur trip by urself. They take extra money from you and book you bad hotels. We are in medina now and this hotel nusk -al medina is a 2- star hotel and thy gave us as a 4- star hotel. This hotel is worst hotel nothing like 4- star. Travel agent charged me 250 dollars one night for this pathetic hotel. In real this hotel worh is 400 riyals per night. Worst hotel with no services at all.

This was my first time using Umrah International. Booking was really smooth. Dua was very helpful. She made sure everything was booked perfectly. She would even answer my calls and text even after business hours. Their price was great and the hotels and flight I got were very good. Will definitely us them again. If you haven’t use them, I would definitely recommend them and ask for Dua. She will definitely take care of you really good
