"Cancelled order. No response. No refund. PayPal seeking resolution. A week later nothing."

I emailed to cancel my order & request a refund. A week later, despite telephoning & being assured that I would get a response the next working day, I have heard nothing. No refund/product. PayPal have opened a case & so far no response from Landmark.

Never received confirmation of my order despite me emailing them, also took payment but still haven't received my order.

Do not order from this company. Ordered a blanket at the beginning of January and still not received it. Telephone numbers are useless as continually unanswered. Emails are responded to in an untimely manner. Continuous lies from Kaye Goodbody (director) that my purchase will be posted and a tracking number will be provided. Never received such details. Shocking customer service and rude! Do not order from this company. Had to contact my back do dispute the payment.

Do not buy from this company nor linenfiels it's sister company..they rip you off.I ordered over £200 worth of goods and have never recieved them ,I'm still trying to get my money back,there customer service is terrible..you can't call them and if you email you never get a reply.i shall be taking legal action against this company. Do not buy anything from them.I didn't get a order no or confirmation email.
