I strongly recommend avoiding OCL. It was a comedy of errors from the start. However the saving grace was having Jack Wroe allocated to my case after 21 months of various other contacts, the case was finally resolved. Jack was extremely efficient and kept me updated with progress. It was a no fault claim which started very badly and just got worse. It took over four hours and many phone calls to be recovered from the scene of the accident. The car then went missing for approximately three weeks and we tracked it down for them. ( still at the recovery yard) . The admin team seemed totally incompetent. It was not a good experience. The accident was 4/6/2022
