"How do you get them to honour their 'lifetime warranty'?"

I gave iBrokeMyGadget a good review when they fitted a new battery in my MacBook Air. It was fixed at the same price as Apple but with a same day service. It also came with a lifetime warranty. However, two years later, the battery has died and when I try to contact them about their 'lifetime warranty' and the replacement of the battery, they don't respond to calls or emails.

My screen broke and I sent for the screen to be changed, and they did, also they changed my new back cover to another
scratched one, very bad to steal good parts from a cell phone and put old parts.

Due to the fact I went to their head office which is laughable as they have One person in Customer Care and wow does that show The Price has been increased to £110 !!
This is obviously criminal And we will now take them to the small claims Court for compensation and get them in as much Press as possible

"Inferior parts and no after service"

I paid 130 pounds for a new screen for my son's phone and they fitted a faulty screen, which they later admitted. Within days the phone no longer worked and overheated. When I returned it, they replaced the screen but covered it with a broken screen protector my son had on the phone. Ths screen was blurry and shut itself off intermittantly. Having returned from our two week holiday I took it back to them and they refused to do anything about it, highlighting a screen crack under the cracked screen protector they fitted. They use this as the basis for walking away from the warranty, while ignoring basic consumer rights. I'm not having to pursue this legally. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable repairer.

"Keep clear of this company"

Keep clear of this company. They repaired a cracked phone screen of my iPhone 6S, and within 3 months of use (purely within the house due to lockdown!), the screen has become unsealed around the top of the screen. I emailed the Bracknell store to check if this could be repaired under warranty, and as they said it could, I made a special 10 mile trip to the store. On arrival, a rude and ignorant man told me it was not in their policy to repair it (despite claiming a 12 month warranty in their literature) as he could allegedly see it had been dropped! I will not be returning to this store and I’d advise you to do the same!

"First experience with iBrokeMyGadget"

I broke the screen on my phone. Samsung said it would take 2 weeks. So I called iBroke My Gadget at 9 the next morning. Someone came to my house and picked up my phone a couple of hours later. Someone else dropped my fully repaired phone back at 6.30pm. Great service, and they were cheaper than everywhere else. Would use again.

I literally made a hash of my phone ,jamed the sd card in and and stuffed it . The great guys at I broke my gadget not only fixed it but only charged me half the quoted price. For me that is brilliant service l would happily recommend them to anyone.

"Lost a tiny screw from back of my laptop"

Lost a tiny screw from back of my laptop. Took it to iBroke My Gadget, Basingstoke and despite the single member of staff having a full shop of customers on this busy Saturday afternoon he took my wee problem in hand and within 20 mins was sorted and the charge: no charge, just to let everyone else know what a great service I recieved so here I am doing so.
Very polite, helpful, swift service.

"Great experience"

Took my phone in on Sunday to the guys always super friendly and helpful said it will take like 3/4 days to order the parts and get it fixed but if they had the part it would have only taken an hour or so. They offered to pay now and take my phone or come back when the parts arrive and wait and pay then. I gave them my phone and its come back 3 days later fixed and in better condition than ever.

This is the second time I've been to the guys at iBrokemygadget and its never had a problem!
