We went shopping for a new suite on 18/04/25.Customer service was brilliant. Mal asked if we needed help and left us alone when we said no but as soon as we had some queries he was there for us and was really helpful, although he was dealing with 2 lots of customers at the same time nothing was too much trouble. It was Mal who suggested we may like to take the sample books home to check the colours out to be sure. We did and made our decision with no problem. I went back with the books the next day and did our order. Mal and Jess really made things easy for us, and could have done no better. Although I am waiting for my order to be processed I am confident that any problems that may arise will be dealt with in a polite and timely manner. Thank you for all your help so far.

We went to Bed City to get a new mattress. The salesman Paul was extremely knowledgable and explained all of the options to us in detail. We’ve had our new mattress for a week now and we are delighted with it.
