Just got my order from MyDrinx after quite a wait (3 weeks). The shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Then had some confusion with a DHL tax invoice I needed to sort out, which was annoying.Despite those hiccups, the actual products arrived in good condition and were exactly what I ordered. The prices were reasonable and selection was pretty good. Customer service eventually helped resolve my issues.Overall a decent experience, but the shipping delays and tax paperwork knocked it down from perfect

My experience with MyDrinxshop was quite good overall. I managed to purchase a hard-to-find product that wasn't available elsewhere. While delivery took a bit longer than expected, the support team was responsive and helpful. I appreciate the service and would order from them again in the future

I ordered from this site and had a decent experience overall. The selection was good and prices were reasonable. My order arrived but there was definitely a longer wait time than I expected - they could improve on that for sure.I also had some trouble getting my tax invoice sorted out, which was a bit of a headache since I needed it for reimbursement. Had to contact customer service twice before it was resolved properly.

"Cardhu"

It is rare that I can find Cardhu scotch whisky where I live. I found a website, but it was more expensive than I thought it should be. For Christmas 2024 my wife ordered Cardhu from MyDrinX for a much more reasonable price. Although the delivery was slow, I attribute that to Christmas shipping. I ordered more Cardhu after that and the shipping was on time as promised. My third order has been delayed beyond the control of MyDrinX. MyDrinX customer service has been excellent responding to any delivery questions I have had. I have recommended MyDrinX to my son-in-law and would recommend it to anyone.

Order placed on 4/10, I was charged and I was notified it was shipping on 4/17. The tracking number given shows the package was never sent to FedEx. I emailed on 4/22 and will await a reply but I am not impressed with the service here and concerned it is a scam. If this was on backorder I should have been informed (item showed in stock) and if there was a problem, please don't print a label and not send to the carrier.

***UPDATE*** I found a phone number and it rang busy each time I called over a span of 4 hours on 04/23. The phone number rang and went to voicemail on 04/24. I have left a message requesting status. If I don't hear back by the end of the day, I will reach out to my credit card company and initiate a fraud report.

I have been unable to purchase the Tanqueray Gin 0.0 in the United States. I was, however, able to purchase it from MyDrinx.shop. After receiving my first order with no issues, I have subsequently purchased my second order, which arrived in no time. I will definitely continue to order this product through them.
