"Front Bays & Side Windows"

We had the front bays and side windows fitted in our Edwardian house in December 2019. These complemented the sash windows at the back of the house that we had had fitted three or four years ago by OBSW Co. The sash windows are not cheap but they are good quality and made of hard wood. Steve, our fitter, was experienced and very competent. He was also polite and most helpful (for example he fixed a previously damaged curtain runner, that was over and above the call of duty). He arrived on time, worked long days and was extremely neat and tidy. He was in the house for 3/4 days but was always at pains to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.
We have one small issue outstanding with the company but I am sure that this will be settled amicably.

"Box Sash Double Glazed Windows"

I settled on the Original Box Sash Window Co after obtaining quotations from other similar companies. The windows supplied matched my expectations, look good and soundproof very well in my London Street
- which can be a rat run. The fitters were excellent being clean and tidy, sheeting everywhere and vacuuming up afterwards. You would not have known that they had been there. I did not ask for new window frames but the sash windows were fitted perfectly to feel like new windows that glide perfectly in the old frame. An excellent company and an excellent job.

"Mixture of new box sash windows and partial renovation of existing"

Excellent all round - from detailed survey and planning to implementation. Installers quietly got on with it, working very thoroughly and carefully, making sure to check out details and options with us (e.g. for window furniture). Nothing was too much trouble. They were also very tidy and left no mess. We are very pleased with the results. Smoothly opening windows are a real joy and we are also noticing the benefits in terms of insulation and reduction in noise from outside.

Company recommended by a friend. Estimates from alternative firms not significantly different. From the beginning all appointments were kept punctually. Totally professional and efficient. As almost all windows required replacement or refurbishment this represented major work. We were supported with decision making re details. Completed well within projected time frame. The men working in our house were skilled, polite, discreet and work-focussed keeping us informed of progress regularly. They were always tidy and orderly, hoovering the house each evening and restoring rooms as they completed a set of windows. Aesthetically the work has been completed to the highest standard and our house is significantly warmer. I recommend this company without reservation.
