"Purchased 2 hats on 30/11/23 for over…"

Purchased 2 hats on 30/11/23 for over £100 and paid extra for 48hr DPD delivery. It's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I tried calling but went to German voicemail with no option to leave message. I emailed customer service and they told me it'd been dispatched 11 days ago - I asked for a tracking number but did not receive one that worked. TOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I should have read the reviews. No customer service. The phone number is fake and you will never get someone on the phone and emails are not answered.
They basically do not care and will take your money.
You will get the usual automated order confirmation email and item shipped email. But no item will be shipped. Even when you call their shipping vendor Ascendia, they will tell you We never received anything from them.

I have also send a request for trustpilot to investigate the 5* reviews.....Which is ridiculous and the same wording....(Fair price, fast shipping great product) Not true.

Bought a hat box for wedding abroad…. Item is fine, but delivery and info very poor and way over what they said..
This is not a uk company although it hides behind a uk agent. You can add at least a week to their deliveries as it’s coming from Europe. Then they don’t use the delivery service they advertise, and the process was slow and chaotic…at times hatshopping and parcel force thought it was in different countries.please tell the truth about delivery times and where you are -and don’t blame the delivery companies -which you appointed but then wouldn’t connect with….

Love this place, a huge selection of hats to suit every pocket, and head. Just bought my third hat from them and as usual it arrived quickly, just 5 days, well packed in a sturdy box, and tracked all the way. Highly recommended and as a hat addict I'm sure I'll be using them again!

Well after reading all the reviews I noticed that the negative experiences came from people who were not happy with the purchase. I gave it a go. And i am happy i did. The delivery was taking longer time as i was expecting as it came from Europe. The hat is beautiful as on the picture it was well packaged. Its a quality product. And i am happy with my purchase. Give unrealistic delivery estimates and when it doesn't arrive you have to chase for a refund. It then arrives weeks after you needed your item and they then chase you to either return it (at your cost or buy it even though you don't need it anymore). AVOID this company!!
