Hat was alright but had to be returned. All fine, except you don't get a refund of original postage (okay, seems sort of fair even if the postage is pretty extortionate), but you have to pay for the returns label too. Oh top of that, they aren't actually based in the UK so shipping took over two weeks (buyer protection is only for 1 week, so that obviously expires before you receive the item). Whatever you're after, just go somewhere else. This lot aren't worth the hassle.

This company are thieves. I ordered a hat and it arrived. It was the wrong size. I returned it and have proof. They won’t reply to any email and they won’t answer their phone number. I advise everyone not to order from here. Please beware. I am contacting my bank.

"Murder Mystery hat"
I too am puzzled at the negative reviews, though I have had no need to return my hat. Bought and delivered within 7 days as promised.
I needed a straw boater for a Murder Mystery evening and so didn't want to pay a lot. However for £14.95 plus postage I got a first class product packed in a bespoke box in first class condition. So glad I didn't go for a cheap fancy dress hat. This is suitable for wearing at vintage events we go to.

I was nervous to order from this company given the review score here but they had a product I really wanted. The order couldn't have gone better. To say it was from another country I ordered 12th May and received 20th May. Communication was flawless. All import taxes were sorted as part of my purchase. The cap appears good quality and fits to size. Confused by previous reviews based on this experience.

I live in the UK, and after ordering six new era caps from Hatshopping.co.uk costing over £200 I checked to see the review on Trust pilot as I believed the company was based in the UK until after I placed my order (my items according to the information after i ordered the products where going to be coming from Abroad).
The reviews I saw, where mostly negative and I was very concerned and worried, however, the following day I received via email my invoice for my orders from hatshopping.co.uk and the instructions on how to track my delivery via Royal mail, roughly how long it will take to receive my item 5-7 day, no extra cost for shipment of the items and the return process if I require.
I was able to track my items via the tracking number hatshopping.co.uk provided through Royal mail who sent me an email also when they received my items,'THIS WAS VERY EASY'and straightforward.
I received the items on time, in perfect condition and the quality is what I expected. I'm very happy with my items and the order and delivery process by hatshopping.co.uk.
I decided to leave my feedback on here as I did not experience any of the negative feedback I saw on this page that was very concerning. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND hatshopping.co.uk from my personal experience, sorry to hear about the bad experiences of others which should always be taken into account, from what I have read mostly on negative reviews, it is in regards to the difficulty on refunds and returns and I guess maybe this company needs to seriously review and improve on how it handles these issues ASAP, however, I can only write about and advice on what I experienced personally and will be buying from them again in the future if need be.

Well all I can say is thank you to all the people who put a bad review on here about hatshopping. I as a potential new customer will not be buying from you. To be honest you have just lost future business due to what people have said. Shame really because if you would of had positive reviews then you would of had my business. You see that's what happens when you do not give customers satisfaction and customer service. Now I got to take my custom elsewhere. 👍 People do read these reviews and thanks to everyone who told me their experience. Sorry about your misfortune I hope this review gives you some satisfaction 👍

Returned a hat via the form they provide on the website now claiming they haven't received it and won't refund me. Sent royal mail registered.

Scmmer shop will take your money and send you nothing but a fake tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not in England and if you do ever get something and need to send back the cost will be more then the hot. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

This has to be the world worst online shop. Was told my item would be 3 working days. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Was given a fake Royal mail tracking number that was completely useless. What ever you do. Do not buy from this scammer shop
