I ordered a beret 9 weeks ago and I have never received it. All this time they kept telling me that they had problems with the post or carriers. Now they are telling me that it is allegedly "out of stock" which is a lie since it is still listed on the website. Now they have the cheek to offer me to chose some other product on their website. Absolutely outrageous!
By the way, there is a lie where they have a Trustpilot sign on the website, i.e. they show their rating as 4.7 while it is much lower. If they don't issue a full refund asap I'll report them to the authorities.

I was a little anxious when shortly after placing my order with what I assumed was a UK based company the confirmation email appeared to be from a German business. However my order was dispatched swiftly, arrived on a Sunday, one day earlier than expected, and was exactly what I wanted. Hats off to them! (Sorry).

I cannot praise this company enough.
I bought a cap that arrived very promptly by DPD courier from Germany. Sadly, the style did not suit me and I decided to return it.
I informed Hatshopping by email and received a same-day acknowledgement together with instructions on how to print a pre-paid DPD label for free return shipment to Germany. Unfortunately, I had already posted the cap at my expense but, amazingly, the company has said that it will reimburse my costs.
I am truly impressed by Hatshopping, not only for the company's generous returns policy but also for its courteous and very prompt communications. If only all internet shopping was this pleasurable and easy.

"Customer service poor - products okay"
Products are okay but customer service has put me off buying again from them. Shipment notification had incomplete delivery address and was made to feel it was all my fault despite the full address available in my delivery preferences, the only one! Thankfully the delivery driver recognised my name otherwise it would have been returned to Germany!
