"Avoid hatshopping.co.uk, unless you want a nightmare"
Had to return a hat, return process was not easy (had to pay for return myself and then claim postage back, took almost 3 weeks), and then had to ask PayPal to step in to retrieve refund after 4 weeks of constantly trying directly and with proof of return being delivered. Customer service support is non-existent despite all of the glossy website promises. Avoid hatshopping.co.uk and their many other retail aliases.

"This company should be investigated"
This company should be investigated, I ordered a Stetson cap that was 3 sizes too small had to be returned. Completed the appropriate form. That was two months ago and I have now given up hope of getting a refund or the goods.

"Earbags: very prompt service, well packaged"
Ordered some Earbags - very prompt service, well packaged and just what I wanted.
Have previously bought this product when in Germany and they are great! Thank you.

"Complete waste of money"
Complete waste of money. I ordered earmuffs which were more expensive than most, but I needed a good quality pair. I may as well have ordered some direct from China for considerably less than a third of the price. They are thin, hardly adult size and horrible, full of static and cheap fabric. Never again.

"A highly satisfactory transaction. Don't go just by Trustpilot scores."
I normally don't go out of my way to leave Trustpilot reviews unless it's an incredibly pleasant transaction, as normally I shop at places with high TP ratings. But seeing how Hatshopping's rating is quite low, I thought I'd take the time and leave one. Granted, I guess it comes down to the old adage, "It's not how a retailer performs when things go right, but when things go wrong", and that's a very fair point.
All I can say is, my transaction was faultless from start to finish. If I was going to quibble about anything, it could only be the length of time it took to arrive, which was 9 days. But with both Switzerland (item location) and the UK not being in the EU, that may play a part, and it's not abnormally slow. Maybe I'm just spoilt by the likes of Amazon. And I guess the item was quite expensive, but that's simply the nature of a more obscure item that's harder to procure.
In any case, there were no customs/fees to pay. Hat arrived in a VERY sturdy box; I wish all places packaged hats like this (looking at you Amazon, and your flimsy brown paper bags) and importantly it was exactly as described; tags, sticker, insert and bagged.
I guess it just goes to show that you can't go entirely by Trustpilot ratings; I purchased something the other day from a retailer with a 4.6 rating from 1000s of reviews, and yet they wasted my time sending me an item that wasn't as described on their site, nor did they even really go out of their way to apologise in a sincere manner, the usual copy-paste line.

"If you are in the U.K"
If you are in the U.K. and your hat is delivered to the U.K. you will be charged an extra £48 customs handling fee.

"Ordered a pork pie hat"
Ordered a pork pie hat, it was too big. I followed the refund process and returned the hat. I tracked the parcel, they have received it but are refusing to respond to me or give me a refund. Appalling

"Do not trust this website"
Sent a child sized hat where "one size" was advertised, claimed not to receive the return, refused to refund me.
They are still advertising the same hat, (Lalasa multi trucker hat) so either they found and fixed the problem while refusing to admit it, or they are continuing to sell inaccurately advertised products
